I had a fantastic experience at Discount Pets when I took my Goldendoodle in for a grooming session. The groomers were not only skilled but also incredibly warm and attentive to my dog’s needs. They took the time to understand exactly what kind of cut I wanted, and the result was perfect! My pup looks great and seemed to enjoy the whole experience, which says a lot about how gentle and caring the staff is. The shop itself was spotless, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to any pet owner!

Yesterday my mom took our dog Stella to get groomed. We’ve never had a problem before until yesterday. My mom went to pick up our dog, and was shocked at how she was groomed. My mom had to stop the employee from cutting our dog’s hair because the employee wanted to keep going.

If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT COME HERE! These people are very unprofessional and just shouldn't call themselves dog groomers. Took my husky in to get a simple bath and de-shedding. My dog ended up getting a ear infection because of her having cuts on her ears. Every pet owner knows that huskies are not supposed to have their hair cut so there should be no reason why there's cuts on my dogs ear. Took my dog here because its affordable but in the long run it ended up being more Expensive because of having to take my dog to the vet. Will be taking her back to my original dog grooming place while although its pricey, they know how to do their job and don't try to blame the customer for poor grooming training.

I brought my dog here because it was affordable but THEY DID THE POOREST JOB EVER!

His coat was cut uneven and patchy
His nails were cut till he bled
His chest was very uneven
His tail was still matted
He still had dirt around his mouth

SMFH!!

I came in with a appointment and was tended to fairly quickly. I got to watch over my dog as they groomed her and it was very professional and cool the prices here are awesome!! I'm going to make this my go to place!! I recommend everyone in the area come here. I see lots of people come out of here and I finally decided to come and now I know why. The prices are cool and they even sell dog clothes which was cute. Best prices hands down!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for over a year now, and the staff and owner never cease to amaze me with their services. My dog is very sensitive to other people and tends to bite, but Denise and her daughter always know how to talk to her. Today I brought my little Minnie in and the owner, and Farrah both worked on my baby, and she came out wiggling her cute heart shaped butt (thanks to Farrah’s amazing technique ) ! They even gave her a two little bows, and homemade peanut butter treats.

Took my long hair Chihuahua today. She was shakey (first time being groomed and etc) when I went to pick her up she was happy and calm not shakey anymore. Im guessing she had a great expierence. She smelled nice and her hair was great (hair cut) looked like a little lion. (First picture u can see hair cut and 2nd pic of her face was b4 with long hair)she will be fresh and not shedding so she will be able to be inside now!

My little boy is not the easiest dog to groom, yet the ladies here managed to leave him looking like a STUD! They were beyond gentle and patient with him, and you can tell they are true animal lovers.
