Diamond's Natural Store is a joy and pleasure to shop at for your dog, cat, bird needs. They offer everything from food, treats, vitamins, shampoo and now Christmas items and a Diamond Natural Box that contains toys and treats. I have tried so many different products for my pups and cats and I have never been disappointed. You can be rest assured that everything is fresh and made in America. Sue was kind enough to return some items over the summer that arrived right after my dog unexpectedly passed away. I got a new puppy and placed another order from Diamonds. Sue let me know that she had accidentally punctured one of the bone broths while packaging my order. She offered to replace it with another flavor or something else. I chose another flavor of bone broth. When I received the order, Sue had kindly included some extra treats for the inconvenience.
