Natalie is an excellent dog trainer. My German Shepherds were both developing bad habits and wouldn’t obey me. Natalie worked with them and me together and also with them alone and the results are stunning! Everything from basics to more advanced behavioral are 100% mproved. She is clear on her expectations and taught be to be the same with the dogs. She explains everything completely and gave me and my husband a tutorial on how and when to use e-collars. I also employed her to dog sit and she went above and beyond her duties and I came home to better trained and mannered pups. I highly recommend Diamond Dog for any and all training needs

Natalie is the best of the best. Seriously, get your dog to her ASAP! I consider myself a well-educated dog person, I’ve informally trained my dogs and family dogs in basic obedience my whole life…but learning from Natalie has taken my understanding of dog training to a whole new level. I’ve always wanted to train my dog as a service animal to help me live life freer and more confident, but I didn’t know where to start and didn’t want to ship her off to a boarding school for a long time. In steps Natalie and Ramsay and it’s changed my entire life for the better. She exemplifies professionalism, absolutely knows her stuff, and beyond that…she is really, really intuitive about dogs. She can read my dog before I can even read my dog!

I cannot recommend Diamond Dog Training enough! I started my journey with head trainer Natalie in 2018 and have stuck with her since. I have multiple comorbidities that require me to a service animal. Natalie guided me through a series of steps to reach that goal. She is very empathetic and made me feel at ease. It's because of her I have a lifeline that can keep me safe.
