It's alright. They do a good job on the grooming and the people are nice. I think they really want to push all the add-ons because they make a point to ask you if you want each and every service. Their dog, bear, is a bit nosy and often free roams. My dogs aren't big fans.

Getting a little anxious here. I took Charlie for the first time last month and everything went well. I dislikes leaving him anywhere for long periods of time so was really pleased when they called within 2 hours for pick up. Took him today at 11 am and it is now 2 pm and was told it could be another hour. Not very happy about that. I thought that's why we had a appointment? I am adding to my review. I finally got a text 30 minutes later and I was very disappointed with the cut they gave my dog. I was very specific on what I wanted and I told the groomer I wanted it short but longer on his face and head. what they gave him looked like one length all over and my dog is a yorkie so it makes him look very strange.. I am not a happy camper because I know the dog he did before mine took him a very long time so he just buzzed my dog to hell in 20 minutes after he had been there for 3 1/2 hours. Im on the hunt for a new groomer again. WILL NOT take my dog there ever again... I want my money back... I am just furious..

We have been using a place on Holly for years. We we’re always pretty satisfied but we received a coupon from Dean’s Groom Shop and so glad we took Thor there. They are amazing and half the cost of the other place! We will continue taking Thor here cuz he loves it too!
