I have been taking my pup here a few months now. He is a very nervous dog and they have done great with him. He comes out fresh and clean and smells amazing. They always put a cute bandana on him. They have been working on his tolerance for the dremel doing just 1-2 nails each time. He sheds a ton (he's not a big dog, just a medium-sized mutt, but somehow COVERS our house in hair) so coming here for regular groomings has definitely helped cut down on the shedding!

DC Grooming does an amazing job with our hard to handle Pomeranian. Our dog is sensitive to touching and they still manage to give her great grooming. I really like how all of the scheduling and drop off/pickup is done via text. Be aware they are appointment only. Once you make contact with DC Grooming they are very transparent with their procedures. Highly recommend for everyone except those looking for drop-in services.

I received the recommendation to see Danielle at D.C. Grooming from a friend who works with dogs and groomers, so I knew her recommendation carried plenty of weight.

Danielle has been grooming our Lagotto Romagnolo for over two and a half years now, and she has done such a good job, even my breeder, who is a groomer herself, is impressed. She listens, takes direction well and also researched on her own be able to groom her so that she is a good example of what a Lagotto should look like.

On top of knowing our girl is in good hands, Danielle is also nice, and funny to boot, so it’s a pleasure to drop my pup off and pick her up and I love the simplicity of the curbside service.

Danielle has made great recommendations on tools so that I can maintain my pup’s coat well, which is a win for everyone.

I wish I had better photos but we were recently camping so these will have to do.

We really appreciate the hard work and dedication the crew at DC Grooming pours into their work. It’s not an easy job! but they always keep things moving in a smooth and professional manner while providing top notch care to our dogs who are by no means excited to get in the tub.

Danielle has been grooming my Shiloh Shepherd, Auggie, since he was young. For the past five years, she has always done a phenomenal job whether it’s just a bath and brush out or a full natural groom in preparation for a dog show. Auggie loves her and I know she takes great care of him whenever he’s with her.
