DAK's Dog Ranch

I wanted to find a boarding facility that was less “clinical” and DAK’s exceeded expectations!! I was able to take a tour of the facility where some staff could meet my pup before booking, when we went to leave my dog kept trying to go back inside! The entire experience was incredibly personal, and I could tell everyone cared about every dog there! As a paranoid pet parent, it was a huge relief to have such easy access to the staff. I received multiple text and photo updates during my dog’s stay that showed one on one play time! This is one of the first boarding experiences in the area where I wasn’t worried about my dog at any point. I only wish I found them sooner!

Our Emily stayed at DAK’s this past week and loved it! The focus on being outdoors is a perfect fit for our girl. The facilities are very nice and the dogs are not stuck in small kennels all day long. Emily had her own room and small run when not outside in the larger enclosed areas. She didn’t want to leave with us I highly recommend DAK’s Dog Ranch!

Our dog, Peaches, recently stayed at Daks Dog Ranch over the Thanksgiving weekend. The owner and her staff made sure Peaches was well loved and taken care of during her stay! Booking the facility was quick and easy. They require you to fill out an information sheet on your pet so that they can receive the best care during their stay. The facility was spacious and clean. We received the picture below from the owner…Peaches demanded belly rubs frequently and the staff complied ? We highly recommend Daks and would use them again!

This is truly a ranch for dogs. We boarded our Frenchie and her 7 week old puppy. They were very accommodating in that our puppy had only her first shots. They went out of their way to provide a safe environment for mom and pup. They had ample space and a great play area. The dogs did great!

Daks was recommended by a friend. Our pup is a little over a year old and pretty excitable (not mean, just “overzealous” At times and high energy. Daks took this in stride and ensured he had plenty of play time. He came home worn out and happy as I’ve ever seen him. We will be using Daks in the future!

DAKs kept our Link and Mailey for 12 days while we went on our honeymoon. This was our first time being away from them for more than a few days. They absolutely loved it. I honestly think they were sad to leave. The staff kept us updated, and sent pictures often. It was a big improvement from previous kennels we have boarded at, where we could tell they spent a lot of time in the kennels. I could tell they spent plenty of time outside, and were well loved during their stay. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely be back for any future boarding needs.
