This place has looked terrible over the years. The inside and outside have really been run down. Would hate to see the kitchen if the owner dosnt care about the rest of the appearance of the building. The food has really taken a hit over the years. But unfortunately the main draw which is the ice cream is absolutely terrible. I have consistently gotten ice cream that is sour. I have no idea what or why this is happening but its been multiple times i had to throw the food away because of it being sour or disgusting. Then on top of that the food prices have skyrocked and they only accept cash, which would be fine if the prices were not continuing to go up. Keep your money and go elsewhere, this place isnt going to make it for much more years and the owners dont seem to care.

Been going here for years. Food and ice cream has always been great.when in the drive-through they may have you pull ahead so they can wait on other customers. Staff has even come out to take orders from cars behind to help speed the process "even in rain". After covid "like most places " they may be low on some products or staff. Warning if you're a big person, they only have booths. I've never had a bad experience there, but like most DQs they close in the fall.

I always prefer the seasonal DQs to the Grill & Chill ones, they just taste better! Love the old style, love the food and treats, the kids working are usually very friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars if they knew how to make a turtle sundae lol. (TIP: don't order a turtle sundae from here or the one in Rensselaer - they use magic shell at both. Not hot fudge. I'll never understand...)

I give this three stars as most everything tastes good and is consistent. However I have noticed that they are out of blizzard fill-ins a lot of the times I visit. One item that has frustrated me almost every time I visit is that my cold ordered items are given to me first rather than with my hot foods all at once.
By the time hot food is out, a blizzard has sat in the car for 5-7 minutes melting away and then makes a mess when at home. I understand some people don't wish to wait but it makes every fresh at the exact same time.

Just got home with 3 blizzards, one Lg Vanilla Reeses Peanut buttercup, one Lg Chocolate Reeses peanut buttercup and a Sm Chocolate chip. The vanilla tastes fine but my chocolate one was sour. The milk used had to have been spoiled. I'm quite disappointed having wasted money for something I just tossed in the trash.

ice cream is not recycled. and the food is amazing, food service takes a little bit longer because it is made fresh!!! blizzard cups are prone to tears because of the blizzard machine and sometimes it is very hard to see rips. employees are very sweet and work very hard to make sure youโre happy with your service!! i was about to list all of the employees i like, but that would be all of them!!!

This place is nostalgic. Sure, some can say it needs updated & remodeled, but I like the old time feel to it. Majority of the workers are great & always work as fast as they can. Sometimes they are understaffed when it gets busy & things take longer. This is where people need to remember itโs only 1 person...they can only do so much. The food is made to order so always hot & fresh. I read somewhere on here an old employee said the ice cream is recycled! ๐ it definitely is NOT. blizzard cup has been broken before, they always place a new cup over it so as not to get everywhere. Some of the employees could use some enthusiasm, but what matters is they wait on the customers & get the job done! If you enjoy small town, small business restaurants, & want an old timey feel, with great food, stop on by! But I must ask, if you donโt live in watseka, what in the h e * * are you doing there?!
