She is only good and does goood with certain ones. She is rude hateful and when u take ur fur babies to her once and then the second time the dogs or whatever animal is so afraid of her. The ppl she knows is who she does good on there fur babies. but the other she doesn’t really know. just does a bad job. Hell she takes the animals in the back where she can’t been seen like what does she really do to these animals I want ever ever take my dog back ever ida however u spell her dang name. Whoever takes there animals to her y’all must know her really good. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take there fur babies here at all. Come on ppl like seriously no joke plz listen or yall will find out the hard way. Don’t say we didn’t warn yens

Ida always takes care of our pets. She was exceptionally careful with our now blind dog. Ida has always been easy to schedule appointments with and flexible with walk-ins. We have used her for several years now and have never experienced any issues.

The lady at DC was very rough with my fur baby. She cut his nails on 3 of his feet and refused to do the last one. I would not refur her to anyone.
