I’ve started bringing my boy here few weeks after they opened, and have had nothing but great experiences here. Owner is very sweet, as well as great with communication! Grooming services are amazing, my senior boy always comes out looking nice, haircut is neat, definitely looks and smells cleaner after. They are also affordable and reasonable, a plus is that they are very close by to where I live. Will definitely continue to bring him here since he seems to be very comfortable getting groomed at this location.

I’m so happy I found this place!

Pros:
• Close to home
• Booking and confirmation via text
• Fast service (dropped Teddy off late like 8:35am and he was ready by 9:50am)
• Flexible (thought I’d scheduled a cut but I didn’t, but they accommodated Teddy’s trim)
• Thorough (Teddy got anal gland expression and his ears deep cleaned)
• Teddy smells so good! (I’ve had weird cologne or other bad scents before but this one was just subtle and clean and just great)

Cons:
• Wish I’d found it sooner haha

I have taken my dog to get groomed here twice and I love it. It is very close to my house and they do such a great job grooming my dog.

It is very affordable and the staff has great communication.

The shop is very clean! They are very sweet and gentle with my dog. I asked them to cut closer around her eyes this time, they listened, and did an amazing job.

I love that they take photos every time, too! It is so fun. They also have a little grooming report they send you.

Overall, I will continue to come back and would highly recommend this place!

First time taking my fur baby in for services. The lady at the front was very nice. She took great care of my baby. The decor is so cute! Plus they have items you can purchase for your baby in the front. This will be my go to spot for his grooming. Very affordable! Thanks Cutie Tails!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The hair tech truly takes her time to explain and examine my Teddy's fur and helps me make a decision on what I want the final look to be. They also have various packages to choose from at affordable prices. She is quick to respond when you text and to accommodate you in. Teddy loves them and they love him too! I've been here maybe 4 times already and will continue coming!

I was very happy with the groom Jessica gave my dog Nyx. She didn't seem stressed at all on pickup and she was super pretty and soft! Her coat feels and looks great. And the price was normal for her size. I will be bringing Nyx back.

My babies came back all looking good and smells great. The only thing I don’t like is if ure asking for a quote. Expect to pay the higher end and doesn’t matter what conditions your babies are.
