I’ve been coming her for awhile always buy enough to last my farm 3-4 weeks at a time. Last visit they loaded the wrong hay so it’s not worth it to make a 2 hour round trip to return the coastal and pick up alfalfa so I messaged the lady she said she would make it right. I came into the store this morning told Juan the store owed me alfalfa he said how long ago and I told him 3-4 weeks he said oh that’s too long nothing they can do about it so once I got frustrated he got on the phone then gave me a thumbs up I was like okay cool paid the 450$ for my feed and then he said here’s your two dollars so buy then I was furious he said it’s not our problem you live far! But it is their problem that they loaded the wrong hay. He laughed at me so I told him to refund my money by then he was mad and totally rude and thought the situation was funny.. 🤦‍♀️ I will not be going back to this feed store nothing is funny about messing with somebody’s hard earned money. Their job is to only load feed and hay learn to do it right. And prices are continuing to raise there so definitely not worth it

Ahhh. I’ve been here a couple of times, i’ve purchased alfalfa and regular costal. The last time I went to get the coastal hay, the quality of hay was really not good and really dusty.

When I got home to feed the animals, I cut the straps on the rectangle bale and found a bunch of small rats hurdled up in the middle of the bundle. :0

it’s safe to say that I won’t be coming back but maybe if you get their circular bales, you won’t have this problem because I know they sell out fairly quickly so maybe that hay is a little more fresh. Not sure what to say

We really wanted to have a great experience here like others and utilize this place more, as we have family that does, but unfortunately we will not be returning here. I called to see if they had anymore ducklings available and the young lady I spoke to said yes, only one. She was very sweet and forthcoming. I called back not even a second later to let them know we were coming to get the duck, she told me no problem and that it would be there when we got there. We drove over 35 minutes and when we got there she had no idea where the duck had gone (she had gone outside to walk the dog). She had asked multiple times to a couple young men/staff members what happened to the duck and finally one of them (while laughing) said how he just sold it to someone minutes before we walked in. He proceeded to laugh about it as we were trying to speak to the young lady about the situation. He thought it was so funny that he sold the duck that we called and informed them we were coming to pick up. Due to the lack of respect that he had for the situation, we will not be returning.

Great place. Nice people. They load up the truck without even asking.

After several more visits, I'm lowering the stars. It's great that this place is open until 7 when most places similar close at around 5. However, it seems as though there are some young gentlemen now running the store in the evenings. They are nice enough, but they seem to want to play grab ass or hope you don't want them to load up your truck. They used to promptly ask if they can help or immediately grabbed the feed and headed to your truck to load. They'll still load, but you have to give them the stare before they offer.
