Prices are high, selection is limited, but staff is great. If you're looking for one or two items and it's not worth the time or gas to run to Lowe's or Home Depot I highly recommend this place. If you need help, Don't hesitate to ask the staff; they are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Do not use for FFL transfer They are extremely expensive. And you won’t get your rifle the day it delivers. I don’t have any other complaints with the store, but terrible set up for FFL.

Recently I was forced to pay triple the fee for the same service I had received for several years. I was not informed of this increase which did not include any additional time or cost to the business from previous transactions. The additional expense left me with no alternative since non compliance on my part would had lead to a greater financial loss.....UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE, Your explanation of the events is laughable. Your costs and or time did not increase for services provided. You did not send an email to me. Your posting of the new charges being written on a piece of paper taped to a countertop in the rear of the store is ridiculous. The statement that you notified online dealers of your rate is irrelevant since no one other than the your customer is concerned with this matter. You never mentioned any increase prior to receivership which would have been prudent since your new rate is most likely the most expensive in the state.

Pretty unprofessional experience and will not be returning. I ordered a simple bug spray on the website the night before and picked it up this afternoon. The website and email offered me curbside pickup. As soon as i parked my vehicle i called the store. first time i called, no answer after 5 minutes waiting. second time i called got an answer and was asked to hold before i could say anything. waited 5 minutes and nothing. i would have gladly just gone in and grabbed it but i had my dog in the vehicle with me so i couldnt leave him without ac. i am then forced to go inside while i just let the window down for my dog in texas 90 degree weather and was waiting patiently next to the register with none of the cashiers acknowledging me. i asked for help and said im only picking up an online order but i keep getting put on hold attempting to do curbside pickup. the cashier continues with the customer she already had which is fine but ill be waiting outside in the car so my dog has ac again. the cashier comes and delivers the bug spray and tells me they didnt even know they offered curbside pickup. i would highly suggest removing that option form your website and the email that tell you your order is ready for pickup. i was getting ugly stares from the cashiers and customers as if i was asking for something crazy out of this world. that was an option on my pickup email i followed the instructions and the employees that work here don’t even know they offer that pickup option after getting ugly stares simply asking for assistance. i wasnt rude, i didnt cause a scene, and i never raise my voice. will not be returning due to this.
