I hesitate to write this because I hate sharing such a personal experience. But I am grief stricken. I brought my poodle to get groomed at this place because his regular groomer (who is absolutely wonderful) wasn't available. His hair was getting too long so I didn't want to wait. It was snowing and cold so i wanted to, at least, make sure my boy's haircut wasn't too short, so I told them no shorter than a 1/2 inch. They completely shaved him to his bare skin and he even had nicks! And yet there were tufts of hair where they completely missed spots. I was expecting to pay no more than $90 (what I was charged for the last cut, when his hair was super long) but ended up being charged $100. The most horrible part of this is that 2 days after his grooming he started coughing. Two days after that my other dog started coughing. So my thought is he contracted kennel cough at the groomers. I left a message on their voice mail to let them know and they never contacted me to follow-up. My poodle baby has since developed pneumonia.

I took my golden doodle to get groomed when I got there the lady said I didn’t have an appointment when I clearly saw my name on her books! Then after waiting ALL day to get my dog back I show up and she states that it’s $90!!!! I’ve never paid more than $70 at this place! Then I get my dog back and they completely shaved her to her skin where she has rashes and hot spots! It’s winter and it’s snowing outside! I then had to go to the vet because my dog is bleeding!!! I called to review the situation with the owner and she said there is nothing we can do!!!!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!

Boy did these amazing people save the day for me when the day prior to the dog show another groomer cancelled on me. Not only did they make sure he was taken care of but my boy looks stunning! You may not think a Great Dane needs much grooming but no detail was missed, inner ear hair shaved, whiskers groomed, and paws detailed to perfection!

Thank you, baby boy won 3 ribbons today, his first show ever at 8mon old!

BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE FOR MYSELF. this locations grooming school is far better then petcos or pet smarts school. You're guaranteed a set amount of hours, can make your own flexible schedule and they teach you way more then petco does!

It is hard to take your furry friends any where at the same time, but they took all three of my large breed dogs in at the same time and did a great job. My Shepherd is the hardest and she came back smelling like a rose and they did a great job with her coat. The cost is very reasonable at $115 with tip for all three and complete care. I look forward to working with them again! Thank you!!!

My fur baby and I love it here! I love that they don't make the dogs sit in cages, my baby was definitely more comfortable being able to walk around and not locked in a cage. They also have a lot more availability than more groomers in the area.

They did a lovely job on my new pup! Her coat was in bad condition after I adopted her from the shelter and not only were they able to help her be more comfortable, she left and wasn’t anxious or anything. She is a bigger dog, about 70lbs and the pricing was reasonable as well.
