Made arrangements over the weekend for feeder rodents messaged the day of pickup to let them know my arrival time was told to wait an hour and a half I went shopping I took my son to the bathroom I even went grocery shopping and even ate at Chico's came back to be told to wait an additional 10 minutes to go across town to someone's home to get said rodents I do not live in town and they know this, a little honesty goes a long way and saves a lot of wasted time along with gasoline. Had I known this would have happened I would have just went to my regular pet store which is further but well worth the trip because they don't jack you around or lie to you or give you the runaround. A word of the advice to the owner take your customer service skills from your granddaughter she was the most helpful and friendly out of everybody in the pet store combined.

They are just getting started out but it seems like they will eventually have quite the inventory. What they did have in stock was very reasonably priced. If you are in the market for a pet or need supplies I would recommend stopping by!

A lot of Illinois people are realizing the mistake because these people are taking your pet and selling them full price in their store.
