Robbi gained my trust by promptly answering every question we had about breeding, colors, activity level, temperament and the financials. She volunteered information and offered advice on which pup she thought would be best for us. She kept us informed on the pregnancy, birth and development of the puppies. When we picked Pearl up, she was a delicious ball of clean, happy fluff. We got a huge basket of items to help make the transition to a new place as easy as possible. Snuggle puppy, pee pads, toys, blanket as well as the vet records, and more, etc. I recommend Robbi and Criss Cross without any hesitation.
