Can't say enough good things. Our girl (Lucy) has been going here since she was a pup. Everyone is very friendly and take great care of our pup. Kyle and the gang know her well and she is always excited when we tell her where she is going.

Rave reviews from several friends sent me to Creekside for grooming.
Let me start by saying my dog was not injured or harmed in that I could tell the day of service. However, the next morning my dog had ulceration where she was nicked with the trimmers. 20+ areas!!
I dropped my doodle to a teenager who told me the groomer would call me to go over grooming. The receptionist was uninterested in listening to how I wanted her groomed. I called twice inquiring about speaking to the groomer.
When I picked her up she was shaved to the skin. No signs of a doodle left. They did not trim her nails and the fee was double the price I usually pay. The staff was unconcerned about the fact that I was not happy. They all blankly stared at me, so I just left.
If you wants to spend $100+ on getting your dog shaved, then this is your place. This is not a groomer, Bath and shave is more appropriate since I had to go home and trim her nails myself.
I’m not sure I agree with all the reviews regarding how well this business is run. I definitely didn’t get the A team today!

I have taken my Wesie Pappi to them since he was a puppy and now he's 8 years old. You will not find a better family owned business that cares about your pet and that they exceed your grooming expectations. Kyle is the absolute best Groomer in the business. Try him, I don't thin you will regret it.

I'm so disgusted with this place and how they treated our dog Mac I have to watch what I say. I read some reviews before I posted to see what others said and I'm going to echo what Kim from two years ago said. It is exactly 100% what happened with Mac on his 5 days stay.
Her words are my thoughts exactly "... When we picked him up, he was matted, his hair was sticky and wet and he smelled HORRIBLE. When they brought the bed out to us, it was literally dripping with pee. We had to bag it up to take it home with us. Everything that had been in the kennel with him had to be washed and left out to dry or air out because of the smell. We had to immediately go give our puppy a bath...I will cancel a trip before I ever let my dog go there again."
