Karen was an angel sent from heaven for me and my furbaby Rocky. I was unexpectedly hospitalized for a week and was mostly sick with worry for my cat home alone. My doctors and hospital social worker brainstormed and suggested I use Crate Escape.
Like a hero Karen went to check on Rocky the same day I contacted her. She stopped by to take care of him everyday til I was discharged. I'm so grateful and will definitely be reaching out for future services!

Karen and the crew of Crate Escape give exceptional service and really treat your pets as if they are their own. On special occasions such as your pet’s birthday they leave special surprise gifts and are even able to do small tasks around your home. If you can’t be home with your pets they are the goto making sure your pets are just as loved as if you were there.

Crate Escape (Jonesboro, AR) is THE BEST, most caring and reliable pet sitter service in our city! They come to your house and handle everything—love on your fur babies, give meds, walks, play time and feedings. They also leave wonderful notes on their visits (often hilariously written) and take the cutest photos of your critters so you can see how great things are going when you can’t be there. I highly recommend them!

Late review but Karen watched my two cats over winter break while I was abroad and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed this service! I knew my cats were safe and happy and it made me feel really good and I’ll definitely be recommending this to my friends if they need a service like this. The thing I liked the most that I didn't expect is that she not only fed them and changed their litter, but she also spent time with them and played with them and because they're so young and have so much energy I know they really enjoyed that. I got photo updates every day on their website and I would look forward to seeing the shenanigans they were up to.

I love this business! I’ve been using them since 2014 and it’s a life saver. When I travel I don’t want to use a boarding service because I have five animals and that just adds up too quickly. Additionally my animals aren’t put in kennels at night so I think it would be jarring to suddenly be in one for three-four days at a time.
They have amazing workers who give tons of love to my animals and always send me pictures. My animals never seem upset and they’re never hurt when I get back.
Whenever I mention the service to people they ask about having strangers in my home while I’m gone but it’s never been an issue.

Crate Escape has been such a blessing to us! Not only does Karen and her crew take wonderful care of our cat when we are gone, but we they always have an extra eye out on our house. Karen has helped us with an air conditioner that went out in the middle of the summer while we were gone, noticed a window leaking, and so many other things. I can not recommend their services more!
