Nicole at Cradled Pups is amazing. I’ve been using her for about 3 years. She’s groomed my two Maltese’s. Not only does Nicole do an amazing job, she is extremely kind and gentle with my pups. My vet even asked where I get my Maltese groomed, she said her facial grooming is the best she’s seen. I trust her 100% with my pups.

Love the groomer Nicole and the fact that she comes to my side of town is Great! She did such a good job with my fur baby & handled him with care. I even got my neighbor on board to using her as well. Her time to come is very limited but we'll worth it when she does show up.

Nicole was our groomer and she was phenomenal!! My boy looks and smells amazing. She did a great job on his nails and his ears have never been cleaner❤️She does a great job of commuicating, was prompt and has an endearing personality. She may be my Bo’s new favorite person😂 We look forward to seeing his stinky butt every 3 weeks. So happy to find her and this company.

So, I never was able to use their services. I did the paperwork online for a new client and submitted it for review and to get an appointment for my dog. I received no correspondence after the 24-48 hour window they claimed on their website. I gave them a week and still no response. So I called the number and left a message several days ago…still no response. At this point even if they call back I wouldn’t do business with them. There are plenty of people out there to provide the services I needed for my dog. I tried to give them a chance esp because it’s a BOB…I’ll look elsewhere…actually I already have.

Well, I’ve never used them for their services. However, after a brief phone call with one of their employees and watching their drivers on the road this morning- I can assure you I’ll never use them or recommend them. During my morning commute I watched as their driver cut off multiple cars and was driving like a crazy person, so I called the phone number that is plastered on the side of the van. I called hoping I could speak with someone professional and would show concern and then would hopefully address the issue. This was not the case. The woman wanted to know what vehicle I was driving to see my car on their camera so she could determine which driver was “driving crazy”. I explained where the driver was and obviously she knows the time of day, but nevertheless I told her I was driving an SUV. But then I was told that wasn’t enough and that there was nothing she could do. She even started to get an attitude because I explained to her my car would not be on their cameras because I watched their driver cut other people off(not me). Lack of professionalism should not be tolerated when it comes to any business. Do better Cradled Pups.

My dogs have never looked better! They were so gentle with my dogs. My big boy sheds horribly and they seemed to get him shed free. First time in 11 years anyone ever has. I love this company!
