Just moved into the area and we're in need of a place to get our pets groomed. Finally we found this place and we are glad we did. Got an appointment pretty fast and we're very kind. They did an amazing job with our huskies, they look so clean and smell great! They were so dirty when we dropped them off. I will definitely be coming back for there next appointment. I felt comfortable leaving my dogs with them. Thank you again guys (:

I found her online, had good reviews and was super sweet in person. I gave her all the instructions on the cut for my standard poodle (including clean feet and face) and felt really good about it. I had a tattoo appointment that ended up running a little late and she was happily willing to keep her a little longer. Unfortunately, when I showed up and got to fully look at my dog, the haircut was very uneven, she hadn’t been bathed, her ears weren’t plucked or cleaned (even after she specifically asked if I wanted them to be and I said yes), and her clean face and feet had random hair everywhere. I went to the owner about it and requested for her to fix it and got denied because she was “very proud of her work”. I was offered $30 back or a comp bath next time. I gave it a couple days and ended up taking her somewhere else to have her bathed and her clean face and feet redone. I was told that I was being charged by the original owner for watching her for a little longer and that’s why she could only give me $30 back. I’m unbelievably disappointed in this service and will not be returning.
