My dog loves this place. It's the only place he knows by name, and when he hears it, he goes and wiggles by the door. They're extremely accommodating to your dogs' needs. My dog recently had surgery and needed to be in a calmer environment at daycare, and they helped make that happen and are working with me on a plan to safely bring him back into the main play group. I'm incredibly thankful for the level of care all the employees give to the dogs. (Also, go look at their Instagram page where they post lots of pictures of the dogs nearly every day)

My pups were lucky enough to spend the day at Cottonwood Kennels yesterday. They were kind enough to get us in on a Saturday for daycare.
The setup is great with a beautiful outdoor space with plenty of room and friends to play with. When we came to pick them up they were exhausted and must have played so hard they slept soundly the entire 2 1/2 hour trip home!
The staff was really pleasant and attentive to the pups. They heartily recommend Cottonwood Kennels!

We are long-time clients for our dogs but had not previously boarded a cat. Cottonwood, as usual, provided excellent care and attention. Our cat came home in great condition and seemingly was disappointed in not being able to stay longer at “summer camp”. Cottonwood is great and well-deserving of the accolades they receive.

Our dog absolutely LOVES Cottonwood! She is a shy/nervous dog that normally doesn’t warm up to people but she adores everyone who works here. They make her feel so welcome and happy and she gets excited for daycare every time.

Not only do we love their daycare but also their boarding. We’ve gone on numerous week long trips over the past 2.5 years and every time we leave her at Cottonwood, we feel rest assured that she’s in the best of hands.

Couldn’t recommend this place more for new dog parents in the area.

This is the most expensive price gouging dog kennel. They charge $75 per night per dog.
Also beware using them on holidays!
I booked my dogs for Christmas week in advance about 2 months early
When I tried to cancel because my plans changed due to family illness, they said they were keeping my money no matter what. Whats shocking is I tried to cancel on December 1st (almost a month before the week of christmas) They told me they didnt care & were going to keep my money anyway. So I was forced to board them even though i didnt need to. Establishments like this are supposed to help you with the stressful holidays not add more stress!
This is run by two baby boomer parents and a grumpy grown daughter who doesn’t smile. The old man took my credit card numbers in advance & they dont want to refund or credit anything even if your plans change a month before. If this is an award winning kennel they should be able to fill their slots no matter if there’s cancellations. So why act like Nazis here
Tread with caution here folks and beware. Ask for everything in writing up front and dont give your cc numbers to them before any services rendered! They tend to make up rules as they go along

Cottonwood took great care of my Mini Goldendoodle for a week while I was on vacation. My pup looked happy and healthy when I picked her up and made lots of friends. The outdoor play space is spacious, they have an indoor play room and provided my pup a cot to sleep on in a good size kennel for her. Tour of the kennel and staff was great! My husband’s parents have also used cottonwood for their dogs and they are a family Kennel.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Our dog Frankie has a lot of anxiety and fear, and we aren’t comfortable leaving him home alone at this point in time. The staff here has worked closely with him over the course of a few weeks to get him adjusted to daycare. He went from being very afraid to happily playing in the large playgroup all day! I give 100% credit to the staff for helping him through his adjustment.
