Kathleen is a great dog trainer. We started working with her since moved up to Colorado and love what she has been able to teach us and our pup. She makes every training session for Bailey a game and it really captivates her attention and need to play the game. Bailey came from a shelter and was really shutdown when we got her. With Kathleen we have been able to work on her confidence and fear of trying new things.

We have been so lucky to work with Kathleen and Cosmic Dog Training! Our rescue pup was super timid and afraid of all things new, and Kathleen has helped him build confidence and a much stronger bond with us! Her training methods are kind and compassionate, and they work. I can't begin to speak highly enough about Kathleen and her abilities as a trainer. Kathleen has been able to improve both my dog's life and my own, as well as better my relationship with my dog. My dog struggles with reactivity and Kathleen has been the first trainer to actually help improve this issue, while doing so in a kind and compassionate way that only makes my dog a happier and better mannered dog. Her extensive knowledge of dogs and behavior, paired with training that involves games and fun has been so successful with my dog and lessening her reactivity. She makes training your dog something to look forward to. I highly recommend Kathleen to anyone seeking dog training!!

Kathleen has made the impossible possible with our dogs! Her knowledge is infinitely expansive, and she can help you with any kind of issue with your pup. Kathleen views everything with a solution oriented mind, and applies her compassionate, deeply caring, and positive outlook to working with your dog. She has taught games to my pup for stimulation, advised me on important lifestyle choices for my golden retriever, recognized gait issues even a trained vet could not pick up on. Kathleen is extremely plugged into the prestigious dog training and behavioral specialist world, and collaborates with the most highly esteemed specialists in the field! She is an overall incredible human being and I would give her a 15 out of 10 if that was even a possible rating!! I am so glad I reached out to Kathleen!
She was given us so many fun activities to do with our dog, Rain, and we see a difference when we do them consistently. She has also been super willing to work with my schedule and time constraints as a grad student, and was really open to hearing about my situation and offering an honest assessment of what would work best for us.
Rain really lights up when we do the training with her, I think she really enjoys it AND we are learning so much about dog behavior in the process! I would recommend Kathleen to anyone looking to learn fun, engaging, and effective training for an anxious dog.
