Margaret is the best dog trainer I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). She’s incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. She’s extremely patient and adjusts training effortlessly if something doesn’t seem to work for my dog Finch, who is a rescue. I saw her do this with all the other dogs in the class as well, so that every dog had a chance to try Every skill in his or her own way. We had our first one on one session with Margaret on Monday and I'm thrilled. She took the time to talk with me about what we're looking to work on and was realistic about our expectations (I am the first to admit that I'm a slow learner) and I feel confident in our game plan moving forward.
My dog's biggest problem is that she's extremely outgoing, and inappropriate in greetings with people which is a stark difference from my last dog that was reactive to all people and other animals. I carry a lot of anxiety from having lived with such a reactive dog for 10+ years and Margaret was reassuring that I won't ruin my dog and that she has a genuinely good happy demeanor.

I can't recommend CoPilot enough! We have done 4 weeks of day training and private sessions with Margaret to work on my dog's reactivity, and she has made amazing progress. The only bad thing about Copilot is that I didn't find them sooner. I cannot recommend them enough. Margaret has been such a pleasure to work with and our dogs absolutely adore her. Every session is fun and engaging and helps us come up with ways to manage different challenges with our little pack. We love Copilot! We have had such an excellent experience. Margaret is so kind and patient with our dog (and us!) and thoughtful in her approach to training. She has helped build our confidence and knowledge so much and always prioritizes our dog’s safety and comfort while training. Copilot has also worked around our tricky schedules and have been very accommodating. Margaret focused our one-on-one trainings on the specific behaviors we most wanted to work on and provided helpful notes after each training, in addition to answering follow-up questions between sessions. We have seen so much progress over just a few short months— more than we even imagined! Beyond thrilled with the experience we have had with Copilot. We had such a great experience working with Ronnie and Copilot Dog Training. We were looking for help with our puppy who was showing signs of separation anxiety and Margaret recommended we work with Ronnie to address some of the issues we weren't sure how to tackle.

Ronnie is not only lovely, but was always sure we were comfortable with the recommended approach, provided practical application for how we could integrate training or skills into our day to day, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We have seen a big improvement in our puppy's overall demeanor and his reaction to us leaving him.
