I would consider this a different type of review. I went yesterday morning to rehome my roosters and to pick up more chicken feed. I woke up to one hardship that was work and family related after another. It was a difficult day. The lady behind the counter was so warm and so sweet. She could see that I was very sad and upset. She walked around and asked if she could hug me. She embraced me in the sweetest and warmest way that I just needed at that moment and it won’t be forgotten . I was able to get the feed I needed but if she represents the heart of this business they earned a customer for life.

Conroe Feeder’s Supply is an amazing store. I love that they’re a local business. The owner is also a vet and has been amazingly helpful with dealing with issues with my rabbit colony as well as my chickens when my rooster wasn’t performing. I am now getting g fertilized eggs and hatched some over the holidays. He had also had good advice on our pet parakeet and confirmed my suspicion of sour crop and how to treat it at home.

Prices aren't bad, but they aren't the friendliest of folks. They seemed a bit annoyed that they had a customer. Don't think I'll be going back. They definitely don't have customer service on their mind. Luckily, there are lots of feed stores around the area.
