I would gladly give them more than five stars in this review. When we arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by Mr Lopez at the desk. He was extremely friendly, helpful and the perfect first contact for the establishment. And after we finished checking in he actually thanked us for our stay!! This doesnโ€™t happen but rarely. Our room had recently been renovated and we were impressed with the decor. Very comfortable bed and clean room. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place passed for sure. There is breakfast served in lobby and there were many hot items as well as the usual yogurt cereal and sweet rolls. It was kept well stocked and area cleaned. When we checked out we were thanked again for our stay. Refreshing to hear!! Thank you for your hospitality!

This was a quick stop for us but very enjoyable. I would stay here again!

We received a text the day of asking about our arrival time. When we arrived the girl behind the counter had hardly any personality. And she seemed less than pleased we were bothering her. But we didnโ€™t let it kill our good time.

Our room was large! And while it needs some updating in certain spots (re-caulk around the shower, fix the ac unit from being so loud, etc) it was a good room. The beds were very comfortable. The fridge was a nice size. The double TVs was very exciting.

Parking was a little hard as so many spots were reserved for special members. And card access point were very limited, which left us having to walk around the dark parking lots trying to find a door to get in. Wish the parking lot had some better lighting. The gym was pretty small which was disappointing.

Positive: The staff was super helpful. Our TV was not working and he came and tried to fix it but could not but was quick to move us to a new room. Hotel is older but very clean. Breakfast was good. First day there was green chili for our eggs-yummy! Negative: NA

Room was good. Breakfast was good. Desk staff real good. I was charged for 2 nights which was correct and fine. Charged an extra $91., the front desk couldn't explain?

This was the absolute worst hotel. I recommend you save yourself a lot of trouble and find a place that actually cares about customer service. My adult daughter, my 5yo grandson, and myself were caught in a snowstorm and had to spend the night. It was late, we were exhausted, and so when I made the reservation, I made sure to ask if they had a suite with a door between the room with the bed and the living room with the pull out sofa. They lied to us, they don't have any real suites. They put us in a room with a sofa and bed and no separation or door between the spaces. I called the front desk, so they moved us to their "suite." This had the separation we needed, but the thermostat only delivered heat to one side. The bedroom was the only place with heat, so closing the door was impossible because the whole rest of the room was freezing, including the bathroom. And, the bedroom would get so hot we had to keep getting up all night to adjust the thermostat so I could have heat on the pullout, and they wouldn't boil in the bedroom. It's absolutely the most ridiculous way to have the room set up. There were also outlets sticking out of the wall, which was a real safety hazard, especially with a small child. When I made them aware of everything, they couldn't have cared less. The management couldn't be bothered to address the issue, and instead of giving us accommodations where we could all be comfortable and have heat, the only option they would give us was to pay for a second room. We paid over $100 for this "suite" and could have paid $70 for a regular room with 2 beds if we had known they didn't have a real suite, or just booked a different hotel. Asking us to then pay for a whole other room was outrageous. I ended up on this tiny "sleeper sofa" where my feet hung off, and every time I moved, the small sheet slipped off, and I was on plastic. The mattress was only about 2 inches thick and full of springs poking me all night. The sheets that were on were filthy and full of disgusting spots of who knows what. Needless to say, I didn't sleep at all. I have Lupus and was very ill the next day because of all the stress from this and no sleep. The young woman who was at the front desk that night was so rude and basically told me if I didn't stop talking about the situation, she would ask me to leave!! This after having dealt with their misinformation, which took over an hour of our time. Absolutely the worst experience. We felt like we were at an old and very poorly managed one star hotel.

Nice hotel. Had a first floor room by the back door. Didnโ€™t hear anything even with car show folks staying there. The shower was huge, but unsafe-no grab bars, or slip resistant decals on the ceramic tile floors. The room was clean and functional and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with lots of variety and hot. I would definitely stay there agains

We have been staying this hotel as family 1x per month for 4 years. Up until 6 months ago --the customer was fine and for a period of a year stellar! Then in July of 2024--i made the trip by myself (no kids) excited to use the hot tub and it was out of order--I asked about a repair scheduled knowing I was coming again solo in September--"Yes should be fixed" it is now November!! Not fixed each time I have asked-- I was told "oh we just put a ticket in" its been 6months!! Ridiculous!!

The front desk person the past 6 months (no matter who it is at night) has earbuds in looks completely bothered that they would have guests to talk to. This time was hand a room number key--no wifi password attached, no welcome to being a long term member, barely a smile.

Customer Service and amenities have gone down tremendously--i think it is time for another hotel in the area!
