An awesome tribute to those who gave All, for ALL. Just what u would expect to see out of middle American. Very heartwarming, well maintained with tall shade trees znd open areas, it's on a busy street corner but plenty of street parking and if it's like other memorial you can make a contribution in the name of a family member or just someone you want memorialized and they put their name on a red brick and add it to the stack

Cute little park with a small play area for the kids. Restroom available. This park also has a very touching veterans memorial which is why I stopped.

I went to the farmers market and was pleased with the selection. There was live music later. The weather was perfect. The park was pretty. The only downside was a couple of homeless people, but that's just a sign of the times. And I have to say, they did not bother those of us enjoying the park. It was an all-around lovely day.

Restrooms are always locked unless there is a City approved event going on.
Homeless gather there, sometimes leaving a mess.
Often dogs are not on a lease which is in violation of the County ordinance.

As a veteran of Colusa I am not paying to have my name put in a park that smells like urine and has a camera posted on a locked bathroom. Please fix this it's embarrassing and It's a public hygiene issue at this point. Random people travel through this town at all hour and just urinate wherever. It's on highway 20 as well as being on path for anyone who needs or wants to get physical exercise in this town. When I was a teenager I personally used this restroom on my walk homes after the end of my shift at the refuge which was usually around 10 pm. I served the people of this town for 5+ years at the refuge before I left to serve this country in the Air Force and this park is an embarrassment to both of those things.

Beautiful park with a climbing wall and a wonderful purpose of memorializing veterans that served for our freedoms. Sculptures and memorial benches and beautiful trees. I like to stop here and walk around on long trips, and look at the memorials.

Thursday nights in the summer there's the Farmers Market and then a free concert. Lion's Club makes hot dogs and hamburgers...it's a wonderful small town event.
