Clean, Cozy, welcoming little spot. Definitely more comfortable than just any old motel in my opinion. Very affordable even for a Friday and Sam at the front desk (the owner I'm told) is like the coolest and most nice guy ever, which makes the stay more personal I think. For sure coming back when we need to stay in Idaho Springs, and would definitely recommend.

Rudest guy Ive ever dealt with. Booked a room a few months ago (got no receipt). I call and request confirmation for an upcoming trip and Iโ€™m told he has no record of said reservation and to call pay pal. When I expressed some frustration about this he promptly hung up on me and had refused to answer my calls since, and looks like Inwill not get a cent of my $400 back. Unprofessional, disorganized, rude.

The room was fine. The problem was the hair dryer. The plug was broken so it didn't work. We would stay there again but would check the hair dryer first. It was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was so wonderful. The front desk was beyond kind and went the extra mile. Definition of hospitality. We stayed in the economy room, which is the smallest and the front desk women was apologetic. But we intentionally chose this room. But it was honestly so cute and comfortable.

Great location, close to everything.

Towels, soap and bedding are all extremely nice.

We live in CO, but are already looking for a reason to go back to Estes for the weekend to stay there again.

10/10 recommends if youโ€™re looking for an authentic feeling of a cabin type stay in the mountains.

We absolutely loved our stay at Columbine Inn. The room was beautifully remodeled and clean. The bathroom has everything you need and my husband loved the relaxing scent of the toiletries provided and the soft towels. Would love to return and enjoy more days in Estes Park!

First off I will say that I paid 140 a night for this property. The carpets were extremely dirty and probably 20 years old. There were some shady people staying there and it didnโ€™t feel safe at times with people yelling outside late at night. I mean this would be like a 75 dollar a night hotel in my area. Replace the carpets, upgrade the linens, and I would say maybe 120 a night. Iโ€™d look elsewhere if I were to come back to Idaho springs

Quaint motel with friendly service and a quiet courtyard. Right in the heart of Idaho springs, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Half hour drive from Golden (take the scenic route) and Red Rocks. Nice hiking around this area. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Sam is your friendly concierge.
