Edited to add - you’ll notice all the poor reviews the “owner” blames the customer. To be clear - I never would have expected service if we were intentionally late. However your behavior and the way your treated us on an all around miscommunication, as you screamed our appointment was at 1:30, and you admit 1:00 below, was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Wow. So to start, I called and left a message for a grooming appointment during business hours. I received a call back about 15 minutes later, and scheduled an appointment for our new puppy. We were “lucky” and got a cancellation for two weeks later at 2:00. About a half hour later I received another phone call, returning my voicemail. I explained I already spoke with someone and they said “so and so must have forgot to delete the voicemail, but let’s make sure you’re all set”. Well, we were not all set. Somehow that appointment was not in her system. So we went through the process again, and got booked for 2:00. I reconfirmed what I put in our calendar and moved on, remembering my thinking of “I can take our son to his haircut at 2:20 right down the street after I drop off Cali”. I received a confirmation text, which I confirmed, but admittedly was remiss in looking at the information as I was certain in my mind the time, I had done it twice after all. So grooming day arrived and we walked in at 1:52. Noting the wonderful inclusivity sign as we did so. That is where the warm and fuzzies stopped. An employee yelled at my husband from across the room that we were late, missed our appointment and how rude we were for not calling. Meanwhile two other families were in the lobby as well. My husband said “ no, we have a 2:00 appointment, we are early”. She said “no, your appointment was at 1:30, you’re late, thanks for not showing up” and put her headphones back on and turned her back on him. After he came back to the car, we checked my confirmation text and it was for 1:00. So it seems, no one was right that day, but what I do know is we won’t be back. Our sincerest apologies to the groomer who lost out on a groom today, that was not our intention. Setting aside the awful customer service aspect, if you can’t uphold the signage you display, you should remove it. That was one of the least welcoming environments I’ve been a part of recently, which says a lot for “these current times”. If the owner or manager wants feedback on this experience, I’m sure they can find me in the computer, if the employee hasn’t deleted our contact.

Brought my husky in to get groomed and he has been there a few times with no issues. I pick him up today and he was bleeding on the back of both legs. I call to speak with the manager to talk about it and she didn’t even apologize and just said that they don’t use clippers on dogs like him. She claims that the brush did this to him and when I said both of my dogs wouldn’t be back she was like “sounds perfect”. Just be aware when brining your dogs there.

My dog had only been to one other groomer before which was at PetSmart and I wasn't impressed. Now my dog doesn't like to be left with out her Daddy, so she was trying to be an escape artist there but they handled it well even with her jumping out of her create and jumping onto the windowsill. They do charge a 4% fee for using credit card but that has become a common practice these days for small businesses that I support fully. As running small businesses these days are hit harder than your corporate outfits. Support your local small businesses..!! They are great!

I've always bathed and trimmed my dog's nails/feet myself, but I knew we'd be busy between getting home from vacation and planning for the holiday weekend. I scheduled our appointment two weeks out, the facility was clean, the staff was super friendly and did a great job on our handsome pup. I'm excited to surprise my fiancee. It'll also be hard to finish working today because he's so soft and smells great, I just want to pet and hug him all day! Thanks so much Colorado Dog! We'll definitely be back.

Bri groomed our dog Mika and she did everything I asked her to and I can tell that Mika wasn't stressed out when I came to pick her up. We had a bad experience with our last groomer and Mika came back to us with a super messed up haircut and she slept the whole rest of the day; super abnormal for her. I'll be coming here from now on!

We have been taking our Wheaton here for years, our last experience was horrible ! Our groomer had to leave town and never asked us if we would be ok with someone else .This groomer did a terrible job. My one boy was to short and cut his snout so short he doesn’t even look like a Wheaton. My girl had her ears shaved off which we never do and was very uneven , I had to straighten it up myself. The groomer yelled at us and told us we’re not aloud to come back , we were obviously very upset upon seeing our dogs look so awful. I would like to go back in there so the owner can see how bad they look and request a refund. This has been very upsetting since they did so well for along time. 😞😢

Love bringing Henry here for grooming. Marindi does an amazing job and would never go to anyone else. He is a big Sheepadoodle with long hair and always looks great! He always gets excited when we pull up to the front door. Thanks so much for loving Henry 💙
