CASE is an amazing facility staffed by a stellar array of doctors, veterinary technicians, administrative personnel and other animal loving humans. They are caring, kind, compassionate, and extraordinarily competent. They do an excellent job at keeping the human family informed with multiple daily conversations. The visiting hours are generous and staff are respectful of the human-pet visitation time.

My only wish is that they would provide medical treatment to me and my human children because their care is superior to any I have received anywhere.

We are lucky to have CASE here in Boulder.

I just wanted to thank the team at CASE for the love and care they gave my family's baby boy, Gatsby. We drove up to Boulder from Grand Junction last week when our local vet office had reached the extent of their abilities. Unfortunately, it turned out that Gatsby had cancer (most likely Hemangiosarcoma or another blood cancer that took him swiftly without warning and without any symptoms until it was too late). When it was determined he wouldn't make it, the CASE team (specifically Dr. Johnson) was very kind, and knowledgeable and didn't push us toward anything expensive or drastic (that, ultimately would have done nothing). They provided us with a quiet and well-stocked room of treats to say our loving goodbyes and regularly checked on us during the process. It felt comforting to know we did everything we could and they made Gatsby (and my family) feel cared for in the end. Gatsby was incredibly sick when we got to CASE, so I am including a picture of how beautiful he was during life. 🤍🤍🤍

I can’t express enough gratitude to Dr. Jones and the incredible team at Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency (CASE) for the amazing care they've provided to my dog, Charlie. From the moment we stepped into their clinic, it was clear that Charlie was in the best hands. The love, attention, and dedication they’ve shown him throughout his treatment have been truly remarkable.

Charlie absolutely loves going to CASE! It’s hard to believe, but he actually gets excited for his chemo treatments—something I never thought I’d say. Dr. Jones and her team make every visit a positive experience for him. They treat him like he’s their own dog, and it shows in how happy and comfortable Charlie is each time we visit.

The compassion, professionalism, and expertise at CASE have given Charlie the best chance to beat his disease, and for that, I am forever grateful. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about your pet’s well-being and goes above and beyond in their care, look no further than CASE. They are nothing short of extraordinary!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Jones and team, for treating Charlie like family. You’ve made an incredibly difficult journey much easier to bear, knowing he’s surrounded by so much love and support.

Our pup Jerry is going to CASE daily for his radiation treatments for prostate cancer. Each time we drop him off we are met with a highly compassionate staff making a tough situation a bit easier. I don’t have enough kind words to say about everyone we’ve worked with, the attention to detail and ensuring we have everything we need to deal with pet insurance has made the process very smooth. Thank you CASE!

Wonderful place!!! We took our sweet 10-year old dog to CASE when a lipoma on her body developed an abscess and started to leak. It was a Sunday and we were very frightened for our girl! As soon as we entered the facility I knew we were in the right place. Everyone was very calm and positive, which helped our nerves a lot. They took Belle back immediately when we arrived and got to work on figuring out what was wrong. They stabilized our girl (who was running a fever and needed fluids and vitamins) and kept her overnight so the surgeon could come up with a plan on Monday. We got a call the next morning from Dr. Stephens who gave us great advice about steps forward. He even gave his personal opinion (“if this was my dog and I had the means I would do this”), which we really appreciated. Belle went through surgery and did great! When we had questions about recovery CASE was always very helpful over the phone, making sure to give us the advice we needed and were always open to us bringing her if we felt necessary.

Other great things about CASE. They have visiting hours when your pet is staying overnight. I believe it was from 10-3 and 7-9pm, fantastic for anxious pet parents like us. Every time we made a medical decision, we were presented with an estimate, to help us decide. After her surgery we found out that the estimates were too high, so we were refunded some of our deposit (when does that ever happened?!?). The staff is so nice and keeps a calm demeanor, we felt so confident after speaking with each doctor or tech. Now, we just need CASE to start seeing humans so we can finally have a good healthcare experience like Belle did! Thank you so much to the team there, we hope we never have to come back, but at least we know we’re in good hands if we have to.

CASE has been absolutely amazing with the care for our big fella who has osteosarcoma and requires monthly chemotherapy. From the initial meeting, diagnosis and emergency leg amputation in August to December and almost finished with the 6rounds of chemo, every care provider we e interacted with has just been so kind, patient and warm.
I can’t recommend this facility and staff enough. Oh and they take Nationwide Pet Health insurance, so that’s been awesome too!

I got an extra 13mos of happy and healthy enjoyment out of my pet cat Split entirely due to the expertise and care from CASE. I cannot recommend them enough. I am deeply saddened (as anyone would be) to lose my pet, but I got so many more laughs, smiles, and snuggles with my best friend because of CASE’s ability to accurate diagnose and treat his internal medical issues. CASE was a blessing for me, my wife, and most importantly my pet. Their front desk staff was ALWAYS extremely courteous, friendly, and kind.

CASE was a warm place to go when we felt cold and lost. I will forever be grateful for their service.

Lastly, I cannot thank Dr. Fujishiro and Anna enough for what they were able to give me: more time with my best friend while keeping him comfortable.

CASE is the best, and so was Split.

Recently had to bring my older dog in for a diagnosis. He was in so much pain, unable to walk and I wasn’t sure how I’d even get him out of the house. CASE helped with some advice and met me at my car with a gurney. I’m so glad to have brought my boy in. I was hesitant at first that it would be super expensive being an emergency clinic and considered taking to a normal vet. In all honesty the price was cheaper than I imagined and the service was top notch. He was met with a friendly helping staff/doc then got X-rays, much needed meds and was able to walk out. 🙂 5/5! Definitely recommend bringing your loved furry friend when in need.
