The BEST! My dog Roger is not the most behaved when it comes to being groomed, and they always do such a great job with him regardless! I’ve also used them for boarding and Roger had a great time, even as an anxious pup! Definitely recommend

I'm new to the area, so one of the first things I looked for was a great daycare facility for my two boys. Collars had great Google reviews, so I thought we'd give them a try. One of my dogs is good with daycare and boarding, but the other one is nervous about large groups of dogs and can get easily overwhelmed. Unfortunately, it does not seem like this daycare is adequately equipped to handle dogs that need extra attention and care. We dropped them off for a temperament test and within an hour I was notified that one of our dogs did not pass the test and was "not right for daycare." That was surprising since he had done very well at previous daycares when the proper attention was given to him. I also observed dogs in play areas that were pretty overcrowded, and it seemed like they didn't have an area where 1 or 2 dogs could play privately. This place might be right for some, but I will not be taking my boys back to Collars. The only reason I am not giving the lowest rating is because they didn't charge me for the test, and the staff seemed generally pretty nice.

We adore Collar Club! My pups tend to be anxious and the staff all work hard to making them feel comfy. Ashleigh in grooming has been exceptionally patient with them. Jessica is truly a queen with training and handling them in general. I always feel very safe leaving my pups there because I know they’re getting incredible care

We had been boarding Mochi at this location for the past 5 years. The staff was always easy to work with and communicating either through phone or text was a breeze.

There are currently a total of 3 play areas for slow, medium and high energy pups. Great for pups whether they love to socialize or sleep all day. There are also cameras set up for you to remotely view the play areas while your pet is staying there.

Drop off and pickup could not be easier and their available overnight pickup/dropoff is a huge plus.

This week we said goodbye to Mochi at 14.5 years old. He was always excited to come visit with his friends and I could not recommend this location enough.

We were looking for a daycare and boarding option for our dog and Collar Kennel came up on google with rave reviews. We decided to stop by and check it out. Unfortunately we were completely disappointed in the establishment. The overwhelming smell of feces and urine met us at the door. The over abundance of dogs could hardly move around in the inside exercise area. And the staff themselves made me uncomfortable by there own lack of personal hygiene. I do not believe that this establishment should be caring for anyones precious pets and will certainly not be caring for ours.

Been there since the onset of COVID. The front desk staff is excellent. Our dogs never stop moving after two 2 Mike walks a day. This is our dogs after after today’s Play Day.

Convenient location, modern, clean-looking facility, nice staff. Seems like an OK place to leave my dogs, but it wouldn’t be my top choice because their daycare section which is included in boarding, had way too many dogs together and it just seemed sort of chaotic. There were probably 30 to 40 dogs in one of the large Play areas near the front entrance. It seemed a little crowded for the dogs, and I noticed them constantly milling around and some of them getting a little aggressive with each other, which the staff immediately addressed. I’ve had my dogs stay at another kennel (Hounds Town) in Florida, which had a similar daycare concept, but there were much less dogs together, and you just didn’t see the amount of tension that you saw in the dogs here.

There was also a very strong dog smell when I picked up the dogs and when I dropped them off. Hounds town did not have any odor at all. Maybe not a huge deal, but I imagine how overstimulating that might be for a dog, whose nose is of course much better than mine.

Overall, this was an OK place but would not be my first choice.

Took our two dachshunds to collar club for the first time and was very happy with the communication from the team! Also love that you can view webcams and check in on them. No crates and they encourage you to brings beds and toys for your dogs.
