I have a very sweet black cat, but once I try to wash her she turns into something else. Even a mobile groomer has given up on her. I have only been able to get her groomed once. I took a chance and scheduled a groom for her with Coats & Tails. They did it! She came home happy, smelling so clean, her coat is so shiny. I would highly recommend Coats and Tails! I am happy to have finally found a good local groomer for cats!
Seems like this location is ran by a family. The kids do the reception and they do a very good job. Very professional and kind.

I find that this groomer is the best in town. They do a great job with my two Maltese and two Doods. They make sure all my requests are honored. The only negative thing is, that they are always booked, but that shows how much others value their service. Here are my babies, as you can tell they need to visit.

Coats and tail pet grooming are the best. Thay wash and cut my poodle puppy good.and the price aww so so like that say you pay for what you pay for. Can't run away from prices going up! But over all thay do a great job on your pet.

I've always been very pleased with the care my dogs received here but our last visit must have been an " off" day for the staff. I think they were overbooked. So we had kind of a mixed bag for results,
My goldendoodle was not trimmed short on his body and legs like I asked so he's still a dust magnet. But, they did cut the hair on his face super cute. I loved that.
On my golden retriever they cut the hair on her backside ( a no no) and then didn't comb the old hair out so her backside was just a fuzzy mess.
My Yorkie cross was only half groomed. The staff explained that she "got nippy" and they weren't able to complete the grooming. I'm not sure if she just got upset from a nick on her face or ear.. or if she just got scared. She's a nervous little girl. Plus her collar was not returned.
With all that said, I would still bring my dogs back because they are normally very well groomed and the staff is very caring. I understand everyone has off days.

Went for the 1st time yesterday. My dog can be difficult. They did an amazing job! He looks so good. He wasn't as traumatized as he was with previous groomer.
I'm definitely going back!! Stacey was amazing!!
