U Lucky Dog Daycare is easily my favorite boarding company I have ever taken my dog too. They are extremely friendly, offer a very wide range of services & treats, and my dog Sabre walks out like he just had the best time of his life; every time. Beware if you stay here.

Had a traumatic experience where I picked my pup up and immediately noticed she had big bite marks on her lips (pictured below) that the staff did not notice during her stay there which proves they did not give her proper attention. Then in the car back she threw up all over the car three times. Had to immediately take her to the emergency vet where they immediately flagged her for severe and deadly dehydration (see pic with her level of lethargy in the ER). So much so they had to keep her overnight on IVs and had her stay for 24 hours due to health risks. We had to stay the entire night in the emergency room with her after having extensive travels back from our trip which was taxing physically mentally emotionally as well as financially and will take us a very long time to recover from.

Did little to reconcile or try to resolve the situation adequately with us. Therefore this is this warning of our experience to all who stay there.

UPDATE:

In response to their comment below the Emergency Group on Colfax allows you to stay with you pup as long as you like. I do not appreciate their snarky comment on that and you can call to verify.

Also the refund they gave was not full. They still charged us some and our dog is still incredibly sick and the vet bills are racking up massively.

Two days later our pup is still in the ER and we get this heartless response from Club ULD. Buyer beware. I am livid.

I started coming to ULD with my dogs years ago and they have been nothing but short of incredible! I have always found the staff to be exceedingly friendly, prepared, and accommodating. My current dogs have been going to ULD for five years now and they love it!
Let’s be honest, a huge part of doggy daycare is taking care of the owners. They always communicate well and put me at ease. The staff goes the extra mile to ensure my confidence in the girls’ safety and fun. When I drop the girls off I can be sure they are well cared for and loved by everyone there!

ULD is Luna's favorite place in the world! She pushes me out of the car when we arrive because she's so excited. She loves the employees at ULD and immediately starts talking to them when she enters the building. The best part for me - she comes home exhausted. She plays all day, inside and outside. There is even a pool in the summertime!

The employees at ULD are awesome! They remember Luna by name and show her off to other employees when Luna arrives. The services at ULD are great, too. Sometimes Luna goes to hangout for the day, sometimes she gets a bath or her vaccinations, and sometimes she stays for a few nights. No matter what, ULD is a safe place for Luna, and I know they treat her well.

One of mine practically backflips through the door, while the other strolls in like royalty, knowing he’s about to be showered with scratches and love. I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people that work here. I will not take my fur baby, Ellie anywhere else in the Denver area. They genuinely care for the dogs here like they are their own. Early drop off and late pickup available. Grooming available (which they do an excellent job). Live feed cameras available. My girl is always exhausted when I pick her up because she runs herself silly while she’s there. The only daycare I’ve ever taken her to that I’m treated like an afterthought when she goes in, like “Bye mom I’m going to have fun see you sometime later” she doesn’t even look back. Absolutely love this place!!!
