Customer service has severely gone down hill went in for 100 crickets guy gave me a bag that clearly didn’t have enough I said something and his rude reply was “are you gonna count them” I just left because I was mad. I get home and there’s small black worms and beetles in the bag. Such a shame used to be a great feed store but now it’s absolutely worth a little more of a drive to go to lees feed. 100% better quality everything and roughly the same prices.

updating my review on this place. they do at the very least give out the correct amount of crickets roughly speaking not always but its alot better than it used to be and the current employees are nice t owork with. its still not my go to place for crickets but there ok if its the only option.
