My aunt has been taking her dog to this groomer for two years and recently had an experience that has turned her away from this business forever, and I recommend anyone considering going to this groomer read my review before booking an appointment at this establishment. My aunt took her Australian Doodle to this business on August 28th and her dog came back with a messed up, hurt right paw. My aunt’s dog has separation anxiety and is not the easiest dog to deal with, but she is a good dog and has never nipped at anyone. When my aunt came to pick up her pet, the state of the groomers was a mess and Brianna, the owner, seemed frantic. Brianna charged my aunt more than usual for the grooming, and claimed the reason was because of “the breed”. My aunt was weirded out by the experience and took her dog home. Her dog’s paw was sticking outwards in an unusual way and she walked with a limp for 5 days before her paw returned to normal. Unfortunately we do not know exactly what happened to her dog under the care of Brianna, but it’s obvious this groomer abused her dog and had the audacity to charge her extra for it. Do not support this business or your animals will come home hurt.

1st time here and we loved it. Brianna is awesome. She took both of our fur babies in with last minute appointments and did an amazing job. Our fur babies look so cute with their haircuts and nicely cut nails. We will definitely be coming back. Plus her prices are good and she’s super nice. Thanks Brianna 🙂

Brianna did a great job with 2 dogs I took to her. One was very furry and matted, the other was new to grooming and scared. She did great with both of them. She goes well beyond washing and clipping!

Unprofessional dog groomer the lady always forgets she double books my sister give me her info so the first time she forgets my appointment I had with her and doesn’t know who I am than she told me to give my dog Benadryl to calm down when my dog wasn’t really nervous I told my sister and the lady makes up lies she didn’t even apologize very untrustworthy

Very kind staff. They did a great job with washing and deshedding our border collie. Never seen him so clean and literally not a single hair came off him when you pet him. Highly recommend this place! We drive 30 minutes just to have our dogs worked on.
