Nice campus I got to admit. But when talking about academic wise, many professors like to assign too much work and a lot of students can’t pass their quarter. It seems like many professors don’t care about whether you have technical issues. They expect you to get work done with technical issues and no we cannot get any work done if our technology is having problems.

I am also noticing that some professors who teach fully in person like to treat the class like it’s hybrid or online. And many students don’t like talking online class and some have no other choice but to take online classes. Like come on we do our best to pick fully in person class just for the professors to treat it like an online class come on now.

Another thing is some of these other faculty here at Clark need to understand that we don’t just come here for free. We pay thousands of dollars just to be sitting in a classroom like we deserve good things. I borrowed a laptop from the library and there were problems with it already. Like I am not asking for a new laptop but at least something that can work properly.

College is hard so I highly recommend that you don’t take any vacation during the school year because you can get behind really fast

High tech , very well provisioned dental clinic, very friendly staff, and very well trained, with a very good and over verified procedures. Time spent here seems a lot longer than regular dental visits since the doctors have to verify and recommend all the students work, but we are very happy with the outcome since we did get very good care.

The people you can meet here are interesting, and it's a great place if you love stress. Any student coming here should expect to have to self-teach, and to expect to lose a lot of enthusiasm for learning.

Many buildings have poor ventilation and some lack A/C and heat. The rest of the campus is fairly easy enough once you are used to it, there's a lot of parking lots but they're mostly small and scattered.

It's easy to apply and get started for the most part, but the phone is never a reliable way to reach them and there are many times you can be the only one in a department but they're still struggling to find someone that can help you.

There's an extremely fast turnover rate with their teachers and staff. They're clearly underpaid and just closely follow a predetermined textbook course layout. It's content you can (and will) find online for free. In-class lectures are often just reviewing the required reading material and many courses do not provide enough time to ask questions in class.
All classes will end up relying on the student to self-teach, I have yet to find an exception outside of a few of their more rare hands-on programs in during later degree courses, which still required a lot of self-learning. Even the teachers end up pointing more towards free courseware (Khan academy, MIT's free course material, YouTube resources, etc)

If you have no option, it works. It's better than PCC at least. They do have access to more interesting programs and extracurriculars that are free for students to get involved with as well. That's truly the biggest perk here and anybody going here should take advantage of all the opportunities they can give you, you won't have access to those chances anymore once you're out of school

I been going here at mechatronics technician course. The teachers are burnt out dont feel like they are paid enough and kinda just pass you. When you ask for help the attitude is I don't get paid enough or you will learn on job. Kinda lazy if you ask me. The class and labs are set up nice. My wife is in the clark college cybersecurity program she was told starting salary 100k then at end of program they let you know you will start as a entry level it specialist entry level position because every job requires 2 years of experience. This school lies and all teachers are hard to get ahold of because they feel they are under paid and over worked. The only teachers that seem to be helpful at all are the ones doing the usless filler classes that they make you pay for

I have so far wasted 3 semesters not being able to finish my Nursing degree. Been told that it's not a good idea to do nursing program. Had a positively horrible philosophy teacher that I had to withdraw from and now I am being punished to the fullest. I can't get financial aid back until I pay for at least one 5 credit class and then beg to reinstate. I have been so upset and wasted so much time. No one returns calls, teachers are a hit or miss. I will never take a class again until I check rate my professor. If I have to pay over a 100 dollars per credit, I expect the best!!! Now I have to go talk to another so called "guidance counselor ", to just point me in the wrong direction. College has become the used car dealership of degrees. You hope and pray you don't end up with a lemon.
