I have two problems with City Market, their produce and the prices on the shelves or products don't always match the register prices. I once had 18 items ring up for the wrong amount and, they were never in my favor.

I ordered a baby shower cake over the phone and asked the woman taking my order to be creative with the pipework, as I didn't know what to suggest for design. That can be the worst thing to ask someone to do, and yet she did not question my request. In addition to her great customer service, the cake turned out perfect! The effort put into it was obvious and very appreciated. I can't say it enough, Thank you so much!!!

This would be a great store if the management cared as much about customer service as they do about the layout of the store. The employees and products are both great but I find it increasingly difficult to shop here as they increase their corporate alignment.

Addendum: They have begun to leave space so customers aren't as crowded waiting for the self check out. Thanks for listening. +1 star.

this is the worst city market\king Soopers I've ever shopped at. the bakery basically doesn't exist cuz that's the poorest selection of baked goods I've ever seen at a grocery store. Y'all have absolutely no sandwich rolls. The bread aisle is half empty and there's like eight employees working the bakery but no baked goods? what an absolute joke the store is
