I’m so grateful for City Bark! The staff is amazing and made my dog, Kida, feel very comfortable. They were able to accommodate us last-minute when another daycare couldn’t. I loved receiving photos throughout the day, and Kida was so happy when I picked her up. Highly recommend!

They Truly have the best Groomer in town! (shout out to Yoseline! The Best Groomer!)… i have taken Hansel to one of those overpriced grooming shop— only to end up at a vet due to infection.

Yoseline takes very good care of Hansel, he is always end up looking like one of those dog model every time i pick him up after every groom— Not to mention, everyone on this facility is extremely nice and operates at the highest level of professionalism— and some; the extra love your furry babies gets!

I highly recommend this place and this establishment… they provide peace of mind for few hours while your furry babies are getting their glam on!.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I’ve only left my dog for daycare, but we’ve always had good experiences. The staff that I have encountered have always been great. Nice, friendly and caring. I always leave in a good mood from drop offs and pick ups because of the staff. Most everyone knows my dog by name which is always a plus. The ONLY negative I can mention is that out of the maybe 30+ times we’ve visited, they brought the wrong dog to me 2 different times (same wrong dog both times). That dog has the same name as mine. The staff member seemed really embarrassed and was truly apologetic so I wasn’t too bothered by it. I can watch my dog play on the online camera and she comes home happy and tired. Love this place!

If I could give them a negative 100 that's how I feel about these groomers. My little Morkie went in looking like a teddy bear and came out looking like you just had surgery! Bald spots all over his legs his head looked like a mistake his belly had rashes and cuts from the razor. The absolute worst groomer I have ever had! Do not go there unless you want your dog completely shaved!

We've been leaving our dog at City Bark for 3+ years and we've watched this place continually get better and better from their offerings, to their communication with pet parents, professionalism and staff. Val, especially, is such a gem!!! We love knowing that she takes great care of our pup. Thanks for everything you do!

We’ve taken our dog (Macarena) here 10 times, of those 10 times they have left her alone in a kennel for multiple hours 3 times that we know of.

1. Held in Kennel to wait for Grooming 2+ hours

2. Held in Kennel for half the day because they “didn’t have enough employees to watch the dogs”

3. (This last time) We told the employees that “we understand she needs breaks from playing but please nothing over 1 hour, if it is going to be more than 1 hour let us know and we will pick her up.” At approximately 12pm she was no longer on camera (approximately 1 1/2 hours after I left), my partner texted 1 time at around 130pm and never received a response. They then called 3 times (approximately 230pm, 330pm, and 415pm) and the phone was never answered.
Upon pickup my partner expressed concern over the previous attempts to contact them and they were met with a shrug essentially. The employee (an individual with pink hair and a male) essentially told my partner “I don’t know, the manager isn’t here, you can call the manager or leave a review”. It very much came off as apathetic, demeaning because they were spoken down to and lacking of any care about our family and treating us with at least some politeness. When my partner asked how long our dog had been in the kennel the response was I don’t know.

Upon leaving the building our dog immediately needed to immediately relieve themselves (pee and poop). When they came home we noticed the our dog was wet around her rear and smelled of urine. Which means that she was never taken out so that she could relieve herself. She was left alone, unattended, uncared for and the employees very obviously did not care nor seem to think it an issue.

We like bringing our dog to daycare so that she can socialize and play, I can put a dog in kennel at home myself for free.

I also have a hard time when feeling like I’ve been lied to. I had a conversation with a very nice person in the morning and they reassured me multiple times after I expressed concern and told her what we would pick her up if it was more than an hour in the kennel. They looked me in the eyes and said it would not be an issue. Whether they intended to or not, they lied straight to my face.

After filtering and looking at reviews the owner/manager has continually acknowledged these issues and said that they would improve but it’s been over a year of the complaints/1 Stars and they still have the same issues.

This is Baxter and I’s first week at City Bark and we are OBSESSED!! They take such good care of him and he doesn’t come home stinky or dirty at all, he’s in puppy preschool now but I can’t wait for him to continue to go once he’s fixed. I love the staff and they have great pricing compared to local places. They have cameras, Paw-gress reports and will feed your dog lunch as well. Thanks CityBark for a great first impression and we can’t wait to keep coming back for years to come 🥰

Staff is friendly and my dog always comes home happy! I typically do daycare and sometimes grooming. Love it!
