The BEST place for daycare, boarding etc. We brought our puppy here 2.5 years ago because we desperately needed a new place to board her. At the first place we tried she came home traumatized, shaking, smelling like urine and was just not herself. Obviously my heart broke and the guilt was heavy. We scoured the area for another option and found city bark Broomfield. From the second we stepped in the staff was so nice, they were attentive and you can tell they all love animals. We did a few over night stays and daycare at first, and every time she came home SO happy, smelled wonderful (thanks to their grooming service) and was her normal self aside from being tuckered out from playing. We ended up boarding her here while we went out of the country for our honeymoon for a week and it couldn’t have gone smoother. I love the options of having cameras in their rooms (not cages), and in their play areas. It’s so cute to watch our girl playing with the other dogs. They’re reasonably priced for everything included in their services and like I said our Aussie comes home pooped from playing all day. 10/10 experience and would recommend everyone to bring their fur babies here.

I'm trying to review this based off my dogs experience since she's the one that loves this place.

Checkin and checkout can take time during peak hours so be prepared for that and some confrontation in the lobby between the furballs.

But CityBark worked with my dog who at first was reactive until she got used to daycare and now she loves it here and the staff treat her like their best friend. They even do photo days!

We were looking for puppy daycare and I found a really great option with City Bark Broomfield. Our puppy LOVES to go play with other dogs and we love knowing that we are leaving him with staff that is friendly, helpful and awesome!

I recently started bringing Forest 🐶 to this location due to it being closer to my job and we've been very pleased with everything, the staff are super friendly and Forest always leaves with excitement (and fatigued!!, which is the goal) this location seems to have a lot of customers because every morning there's always people waiting to get their dog checked in (this is the only downside (not a big deal for me) but if you are in a hurry when dropping off I recommend giving yourself extra time and expecting to wait at least 10 min in line (at least in the morning around 7-9) during the week. Also the dogs I've seen during check in all seem super friendly and playful.

I boarded my dog here over the holidays, and while the stay was generally fine, the customer service was a bit lacking compared to other places that my dog has stayed. I checked in several times via the company's webcams and saw staff on their phones, not engaging with her or other dogs during solo playtime. In addition to that, my dog's puzzle toy came back very damaged and her blanket was lost and likely given to another owner. While the staff wasn't necessarily rude, they were unapologetic and should have been more communicative on their end.

My dog’s been going to daycare at the Broomfield location and recently did her first time boarding. She’s a rescue and loves other dogs, but is iffy on people and new experiences, but they have a good vibe there and she’s had a great time. She even likes the people. And, she loves the playtime. It’s been great for us.

Stopped in to check out doggie daycare for my dog. What a great place! Staff was amazing (shout out to Lisa!) and was really impressed with the facility. Great options at various price points that can fit most budgets. I will def use City Bark for day care and boarding.

The first time my dogs have come back happy from their boarding. We’ve boarded one of our pups a few times at other places and have gotten the cold shoulder upon our return. Not here! Highly recommend for overnight boarding!
