I've been going to CICi 's for a few years now and the groomer' s are personable, kind , professional , and treat my pups well. I appreciate all that they do for me and my pups. Tilly and gandalf are also so thankful for taking care of them.

The best groomers that go above and beyond for my pup. She’s always looking beautiful when she leaves. Plus they keep a record of what they do, what scares her (the toe clippers) and modify / adjust their approach as needed. They truly care about my sweet girl and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We go once a month and there’s always new bows (see pics for different months).

Always an amazing job and I’ve tried a lot of places and their pricing is best I’ve seen!!! I just love this little gem groomer salon! 😍 thankful for these ladies to always get me in last minute or soon as possible! They always put cute seasonal bows or bandanas! They sell cbd pet products too which is convenient for us!

My girls are all rescues with anxiety. One current and one I lost were puppy mill mamas with very unique needs, physically and emotionally . The care and professional shown to all my dogs is so appreciated. I know they are in great hands and will look adorable when I pick them up. What’s more important is that they are not stressed when I pick them up ❤️

My old girl HATES having her nails done plus she's a 60 pound Pitbull so it's really hard to make her do anything she doesn't want to! It's like trying to wrestle a pig! I used to have family to hold her but now that I live alone I just can't do it myself. So I called Cici's and they said "we can do it right now if you're close by!" so that's what I did. They had no problem at all with her and were done in about 5 minutes. So it was both faster and cheaper than I had expected! Granted it was just her nails, but I was impressed. I'll be taking her back to Cici's from now on.
