Chisholm Tails honestly treats your dog like it's their own. They do such a great job on Grooming our dog. We are never disappointed. On top of that, the Ready photo the send you every time is great. Couldn't ask for better people to groom and take care of our dog at the same time

It breaks my heart to give this place a one star. I expressed my unhappiness ONE TIME and was fired as a client, after using there services for 3 years. Below is pictures of Sophia. This did not need to come to this. I wish them the best, but if you are a customer don't give feedback.

Chisholm Tails: I would like to recommend any of our other local groomers for you. Chisholm Creek, K’s Parlor, Kimmies, Paw Prints or Backroads Grooming are all great local choices you could try and still support small business folks. They may be a better fit for your budget and schedule. As I stated our prices will be increasing in January and I don’t think you value our time, skill or the products we use to justify our prices. We would not ever cut corners or rush through your grooming either. The time they spend here is to make sure they are comfortable and enjoy the process. We have an impeccable safety record and this is because we clean and sanitize every tool after every groom and clean and disinfect after any potty accidents. We have never had skin infections or kennel cough at our location. We do not have injuries or cuts or razor burn after any grooming. All this is because of the time and dedication we provide to each client. We are not a chop shop and cannot offer you any faster service. If you were only unhappy with the style of groom or length we could work with that to make sure you are a happy customer, however you have stated how unhappy you have been for some time about everything. It is for these reasons we feel it is best you find a groomer that can for you. Again, it is with regret and apologies that we will no longer be your groomers.

It took me a little while to respond to your text. I was feeling a bit down after my mom read it and said she fired you! However, after reading your message again today, I can see that you have some heavy thoughts and feelings on your mind. So, here’s a big virtual hug coming your way! Your business means everything to you, and I truly recognize that.

Now, here’s my new take on your message: Just a friendly reminder that grooming is not a sprint; it's a marathon, and we take immense pride in our work with your furry friends! Over the past three years, your pets have become a beloved part of our grooming family. I apologize that Sophia’s haircut ended up a bit shorter this time; I’ll make a note of that for future reference! Also, please be aware that our prices will be increasing in January. Chisholm Tails Dog Grooming provided the best full-service groom and cut that our two small poodles have ever received. The facility is clean, adorable inside and out, and is clearly designed to keep your pets safe and secure. The staff was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and are skilled groomers.

We prefer "clean" closely-cut feet and eyes and have had trouble at some facilities with this request, however, Chisholm Tails did a wonderful job, the best I've seen! They also took the time to add special Halloween accessories and gifted a nice treat bag to take home. Beyond impressed!!

Highly recommend. I was dog sitting my son and daughter in-laws labradoodle from Kansas City for the week and took him to Chisholm Tails for a bath and groom before sending him home. Christa and Andy were awesome. Very friendly and they have a passion for what they do. From the ready to be picked up photo which was sent via text message to the treat bag upon departure. My grand-dog loved it and he looked great.

Christina did absolutely amazing with our sweet boy Bruce Wayne! He doesn't care for grooming or bathing and she made him feel so comfortable and adjusted better than I thought was possible! My husband and I recommend them for any dog grooming! We can't wait for him to get to go back! It's now a treat and not a chore! 💚😍🐕

We took Danny and Penny for the first time 6 weeks ago. We love their haircuts!!! Christina was wonderful with them. You can tell Christina and Andy love what they do!! I would highly recommend them!! They look and smell wonderful after they get groomed!! I would highly recommend ❤️
