Stopped in during lunch and enjoyed it. Both the food and the service was excellent.

We haven’t been to the Chieftain in several months. One of us had the Brave burger and the other had the Squaw burger. Both were delicious!

Got out of my truck to get a bite to eat and realized I had left my wallet at home. As I was leaving the owner came up and said “Come on in…. don’t worry about it”. Pretty awesome now days to do that! Great food and wonderful people!

My son and I stopped in after working north of Dickens. Friday was the fish special and it was outstanding! The owners interacted with us and just put such a personal touch on the experience. The food was delicious and if you are in the area or want to take a short drive from Lubbock you need to try it out. This is a true Mom and Pop experience and you won’t be disappointed. We will be returning for the steak fingers, they look awesome!

The chicken fried steak and grilled chicken sandwich were delicious! Seasoned just right and cooked perfectly. Broccoli was really good, too, as well as the fries and onion rings.
Service was great, and everything was nice and clean. Nice little place to eat.
