We took a dumped domestic bunny we captured to Chadwell for an exam and tick medication. Dr Gold is an exceptional exotic vet who’s both thorough and pragmatic. We have great confidence in his recommendations and treatments. The front office staff are also kind and quickly fit us in for an appointment on Saturday morning. We love Chadwell!

We’ve been taking our fur family to Chadwell for the last 10 years. We’ve always been happy with the care they’ve provided our beloved fur family. They provided excellent kidney care to our shepherd mix Scooter & extended his life about 9 months. We were grateful for the additional time we had with him. When he finally decided it was time for him to go. They cremated him for us. Gave us his paw print & provided his ashes in a beautiful wooden box. They were extremely kind to my mother through her grieving process over him. They continue to provide excellent care to our fur kids and we appreciate Chadwell for it all! Scooter, FiFi & Jaz, we all thank you! & my mom of course.

Awesome staff here! First appointment was to re-up medication. A few days later, we were back for an emergency appointment after a fight with a wild animal. The staff here has taken great care of my dog, and they allow you to come into the treatment room with them.

We had to take one of guinea pigs in for an abscess removal and they were so wonderful!

From the initial visit to the post surgery follow up, everyone was very welcoming and polite. Techs were very helpful with post surgery care tips and instructions.

The exotic vet team was amazing and informative. We were able to be with her while they did the initial check-up rather then just sitting in the waiting area. They have a dedicated quiet space for those smaller pets so that they don't stressed out.

We appreciate everything they did and would certainly recommend checking them out for any guinea pig needs.

We have only used Chadwell Animal Hospital for a short time. We recently moved back to the area and switched to Chadwell because it was closer. Our 5 year old rabbit was seen in October and received excellent care. Unfortunately, our rabbit fell ill last week and passed away. We turned to Chadwell for help and we were just blown away by their love and care. We arranged for a cremation and the ashes were ready for pick up today. We received our rabbits paw print, a card that was hand signed by the staff and some other nice gestures. Our pet had been seen by Chadwell, one time, and we received this excellent care during the most difficult time as a pet owner . I highly recommend Chadwell. We feel so much better now that Hershey is home with us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Another great visit! Again, very little wait time, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they really love your pets! Last time was my first visit and I thought possibly it was just a lucky speedy visit; but nope, seems to be the real deal!! Very pleased!!

These guys are both personal and professional. They not proved outstanding care for our pet but also compassion and peace of mind to their owners. Dr. Mengers is lovely with small animals. I’ve taken my bunny to her multiple times and she has always been gentle and knows how to handle a dramatic (does not like to be held/have nails trimmed) bun! I recommend Chadwell to all my friends & family who have small animals, because they really do give them the care they deserve here. I am so thankful I have found a vet office that I feel comfortable bringing my rabbit to! I have taken my rats here in the past and again, the staff was lovely. Front desk and the techs are just as kind, too!
