Used to love this place. Always got the mini groom for my corgi but they never did her stomach and butt so I got the full groom. I asked the front desk specifically for the back to be left alone and to shape her booty and cut down her stomach and chest hair. I picked up a completely shaved corgi! I am so horrified and angry. Who shaves a corgi And right before the winter Why wouldn't the groomer verify? Will never return.

We’ve been here a few times but Annie saw my boy last time and I have never been happier about the results. My boy is 1/2 Husky and sheds as such. Normally I spend a ton to get the ‘deshed’ which always results in days of shedding after. Not with Annie! She’s magical and when we brought him home not a single hair was flying for a good week! He smelled amazing & she made sure to take care of all the extras I had requested. I highly recommend CF and Annie! We’ll be coming back for sure.

first, the website has the wrong prices and is misleading. Their excuse was that they couldn’t find someone to update the website but after years, it just becomes an excuse.

Second, the grooming job on my poodle was very choppy and I did not care for it at all.

I travel often for work and I have been coming here for a few years now to board my dogs Buddy and Meeko. Everytime I pick them up, they are happy and exhausted from playing (which is much appreciated from me after a long day 😄). Thanks for all y'all do to help me out!

My 7 month old Goldendoodle received her first grooming today and I’m absolutely in love. This was the best experience ever. I can definitely say this will be our forever home for grooming. I also plan to bring my yorkie here the next time. The customer service was beyond amazing from the time I booked over the phone until the time we walked out the door after my pups grooming. Did I mention I did not have to wait WEEKS before we were able to get an appointment. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to bring my fur babies back. Clean, beautiful, smells great

I was quite pleased with this doggy grooming- boarding- daycare. Upon 1st entry, it scent of fall, welcomed me. The staff is very nice and open to showing you around. The nap room had a homey ambiance, and the inside play area was so cute. Outside, they had acres of divided land for dogs according to their size. 👍🏾👍🏾

By far this place has the sweetest staff! I took my sweet puppy (Bailey) for her first groom and they just showered her with love. 3 months later I made her second grooming appointment and as soon as we walked in they immediately remember her and called her by her name. You can just see their love for dogs. They speak so highly of their other doggie customers and know them by their names and personalities. They treat them like family. Not to mention what an amazing job they do. My sweet Bailey leaves looking fabulous.

Will not be back. Had a 1pm appt today, 8/14/22. Shitzu, for a full service groom summer cut. She was not ready for pickup until 4:30, I was told this was due to only one groomer being available. When I picked her up, she looked like someone had taken safety scissors to her legs. Her paw pads had not been shaved, nor her nails trimmed. Her ears had not even been lifted up to clean/brush, there are earwax crusties and greasy hair under her ears. There were also still some food crusties in her beard. I asked them to please fix the issues, but was told the groomer had left for the day. No offer was made for a partial refund. She said I could come back next week. I informed her I would not be back. I’ve never seen such a sad and lazy groom job before, and I’ve been getting my pup groomed for a decade now. These photos are from immediately after picking her up.
