I have never stayed at the hotel portion of the casino. But i have been here several times. The players club manager Danielle was AMAZING. She went above and beyond with her customer service. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. It's always clean. They give amazing rewards to their customers. I have been to most of the casinos in this area, including the bigger casinos. This casino by far is the best and most welcoming. They should get casino of the year. This casino makes you feel like you are comforted at home while playing. Love this casino! Everyone should go here, you won't be disappointed!

I only went to the casino, but now after visiting I wish I had stayed in a room!! The staff in the casino are so friendly and helpful, and they really made the experience! The bartender was incredibly nice, and she worked so hard to come around to everyone to make sure they had drinks and were comfortable. She even remember our entire groups’ drink orders when she came back around, and the casino was BUSY!!!
So thankful for good service here. My favorite casino in Black Hawk by far. Will definitely have to plan a trip + hotel stay here.

The games were fun; they have so many slots and tables on the second floor. Overall it was a great experience here. Thank you Century Casino and staff! You guys are FANTASTIC!!

We had become regular visitors to Century Casino and had gotten to know some of the card dealers, too. Very fair blackjack rules and great staff who made the experience great.

We drove up last weekend and were extremely disappointed to find out that they have decided to permanently shut down their table games. I'm sure the room will be converted into space for more slots and machine games.

Super disappointed to see the place cut staff and entertainment options to make a few more bucks. Fair table games were already limited in Central City and now another property has opted to only cater to slot players. Guess we'll be taking our business down the hill.

The rooms were nice, clean and staff was helpful and attentive.

The restaurant options were limited and not always open. Granted we were there from Dec 22-26.

The gaming was so so, I’m not a gambler but my wife enjoys a Casino (she is the reason we stayed here) and she was not impressed.

This was our second time staying at Century in Central City. We were celebrating a milestone birthday so booked a suite based on other reviews. The room was large with a gas fireplace which came in handy. Very clean. The restaurant downstairs was very good and as an added bonus we got 50% off our meal on Wednesday due to our ages. |

So the power went out and all the machines went down. Then the power came back on and went off completely after another 2 minutes. Nobody could get the money that they were owed out of the machines. We waited for 3 hours and power stayed out. Staff were rude and even threatened to confiscate my red bull. They gave us no compensation even though we are playing with real money here. Is this even legal? Horrible experience

Had a Great time with my wife and friends. Hotel was amazing, tons of fun and drinks. Rooms very comfortable and morning breakfast.
