Everyone is super friendly and answers any questions or concerns we have as fast as they can. We have a healthy happy puppy that we have bought from them. We were allowed to see the parents and see that they are healthy as well. It’s clear that they care about the animals they breed. Gave us extra food for her to transition to whatever brand we want or keep her on the same brand!
Update to my original post: My pup I have purchased from this breeder just turned 11 months old not even a full week ago. Before she even turned 11 months old we brought her in to the vet for something else and had her hips checked. They said she seemed in a lot of pain so we went ahead with x-rays. She got diagnosed with both Hip Dysplasia and DJD (degenerative joint disease). I contacted the breeders and they refused any kind of refund instead they offered me a more expensive puppy in exchange for mine. Yes this is in their 2 year health guarantee policy, however as their policy states they can indeed offer some monetary refunds if it is written. As well as this was a bad deal for the both of us I was hoping they would see that but they did not care. To their credit she has an amazing personality and we absolutely adore her, however now she has life long medical bills and we are unsure of how her lifespan will be. If you choose to go with this breeder I highly recommend writing out a legally binding contract with a better health guarantee that will cover situations like this. Also highly recommend avoiding a puppy bred from Salem (all black short hair female) and Hyde (long coat bi color black and red/tan male) as these were her parents.
