Sooo happy with the full groom appointment we had for Thomas at Catology Cats.

Very professional and they also are a place to board your cat as well.

Nail trims are only $10. We comb and brush Thomas almost daily; but as he is maturing and filling out it’s nice to have him professionally groomed from time to time.

I was really unsure about boarding my cat while I was away for work, I was kinda a wreck over worrying about my cat the first few days away. But the staff took such good care of Loki and me. They always returned my texts with sweet updates and cute pictures. Loki seemed to enjoy his stay a lot (I recommend asking for the free play). Seemed like he got lots of one on one time. He loses hair on his ears when he’s alone too long, and his ears look great! He looks physically well and doesn’t seem stressed. The way the staff said goodbye to him when I came to pick him up showed me how they have genuine feelings towards the cats they watch over. He seems safe and cared for. Would 100% take my cat here again for my next work trip. Thanks for taking good care of Loki ❤️

Catology was perfect for boarding our 7 month old kitten for a week. The space is impeccably clean and each of the cat suites were appropriately stocked with climbing steps, a nesting type of box and adequate room for litter and food. The main front desk person we interacted with (sadly didn’t catch his name) was incredibly personable, helpful, accommodating and genuinely cared for the cats. You can tell it is run by “cat people” and was exactly what we were looking for. Our kitten is family and like anyone, we wanted (and got!) the absolute best for her. Highly recommend this place.

Plenty of space for single cats. The are fed in a timely manner and seem to keep the place clean. However upon retrieving my two cats, each of them had feces on their tails that was hard and dried. It was found after petting each of them once, so it is not as if it was small, hard to find or correct. This leaves me concerned that they did not get examined or cleaned off properly during their stay. I am ok with a number of things and I extend a great deal of understanding, but feces on the tails of both my cats in the middle of their tails? Unacceptable. ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. To be clear, I did not expect grooming. Although I did expect them to give them a pet or two and examine them for filth, like you do with cats. Was it not found or was it just not cleaned? Either way... eww.

Add to this the sheer audacity to request a tip before we even get to see/collect our cats and we have a customer lost. I gave them 85$ so I could clean poop off my cats tails. Yes, I am the fool for giving a tip in good faith, but here we are.

We love this facility. The kitty rooms are large with lots of space. There are wide asiles and the staff play and check frequently on our babies.

They will even text reply to you about your fur baby while you are gone!

They even sell toys beds and kitty posts.

The place always smells clean and they staff is so sweet.

They have a sweet little office kitty named Bubbles who will come to welcome, inspect, and then demand pets. But really, who can resit the pet my tummy now plop?

I did not take photos to respect the privacy of the staff and kitties who were in residence.

This is our first pick when boarding.

Wow what a great experience! Everyone was so kind, the entire place was bright and shiny, squeaky clean. Even the boarded cats seemed so pleased with their setups. I dropped Lucy off early and they had her done so fast. She had some GNARLY matted spots and she came back without any shaved marks and a PERFECT haircut. I have zero complaints or concerns. Can't wait to make this a regular spa day for my girl. Thanks guys!
