Extremely dissatisfied with her ability to professionally trim my dog, the end results were choppy, uneven. It looked like a child went to work on my dog with scissors. Clumps of hair were gone, there was no blending Whatsoever! way too short at the rear area. I regret ever calling her

Cathy has been grooming our dog for over a year and we are very happy with her service. She comes on time and our dog loves to see her! She does exactly what we ask. Sometimes we have Ginger’s fur left long, while other times we have her cut short. No matter what the request, Ginger always comes back happy, she looks beautiful and smells wonderful. If you’re looking for a groomer who absolutely loves animals and treats them all like her own...Cathy is who you’re looking for!

She ruined my OESDs hair, it almost looks like she burned her hair. She did not even clean her ears as she was supposed to, I took her to the vet and vet told me it was her job to cleaned out the ears which I paid her for and did not Do and it. My poor Coco looks so bad I regret calling this lady and trusting her with my dog! I just hope her hair grows back as pretty as it use to be.
