Great place! For many years we’ve used them for veterinary care as well as for boarding when we go on vacation. They love the cats and even have a couple regulars that lie around in the office. For boarding they have various options from the basics, kitty condos many with windows to the outside and even a dedicated room.

Brought in my cat who I was afraid had injured one of his legs. The staff were very friendly and great with my cat. The vet looked him over and was able to diagnose it was neurological. Was straight forward on what could be done and didn’t try to sell me on a treatment plan. I really appreciated that due to a bad experience I had at another vet.

Dr Walkup and her staff are terrific. They remember who you are, they explain things well and they are reasonably priced. The facility is super clean and calm for your kitties. We are former clients of the Cat Hospital but the last several years they have had consistent problems staffing veterinarians so we started going elsewhere. One of our cats had surgery and unfortunately the hospital ran out of the small size cones for her head. We called the Cat Hospital and they said they had some and we could buy one. When my wife arrived, the manager Alyssa looked up our cat’s records and refused to sell the cone to her because we hadn’t been there in a couple years. (No kidding, because half the time there wasn’t a veterinarian there!) Fortunately one of the veterinarians heard the conversation and told her to sell us the cone.

Alyssa is the epitome of how to drive consumers into the arms of your competitors. I recommend you invest in some better strategies for success and perhaps a little training. It will make a big difference. Instead of enticing people to return through great customer service, these types of interactions guarantee not only the loss of the potential customer but everyone with whom they share the experience.
