Our dog, Frankie has been a happy client at Casa de Pets for about 2 years. She always comes home looking fresh and smelling like she just stepped out of a meadow of blooming wild flowers. The staff treats Frankie like one of their own and we always feel comfortable - like we're dropping her off with family. Some of our favorite things about Casa de Pets are their affordable "add-ons" (like teeth brushing), she always comes home with a cute little bandana, and the maintenance program which helps us keep Frankie well groomed on a budget. I also like that the staff allows us to schedule multiple appointments at a time to keep Franks on her 3 week plan. Our baby has a beautiful, healthy coat and when she's happy, we're happy. Thank you, Lisa and all your staff for taking such great care of us!

We have been using Casa de Pets for about a year now. They were close and did a nice job in past.
Today, I picked up my dog after being groomed with no report of injury. I paid full price for the service and tipped the groomer before he was released to me. After getting out of the car, he immediately began bleeding all over from two paws. I started cleaning his paws to see where it was bleeding from. They cut his nails too short. I’m attaching pictures for reference, though there is more blood than seen in the pictures.
After my husband alerted Casa De Pets the dog was bleeding (without saying where yet), she only offered a quick stop bleeding powder “for his paws.” He asked how she knew where he bleeding from. She became very defensive. She then refused service to my husband when he asked for the money back. He was then asked to leave. She refused to give any money back, she refused to talk to him, and she refused to give him the powder in the end.
I understand injuries can happen, but the refusal to make things right and the overall lack of interest in our dog’s well being is startling. Please beware.

As everyone can see from your response, you are now accusing my husband when you know very well that he made no attempt at physical contact, intimidating, name calling or yelling. We have always been polite, patient, and respectful over the last year we have done business with you. But now when confronted about an issue, you attempted to hide it, minimize it and now play the victim
by accusing us.
If it is such a common occurrence, you should be well versed in common solutions. A simple refund, an up front conversation about how he might bleed all over, or apology would have gone far. We would have much rather worked this out in person. That’s why he went to talk to you to begin with. My dog had never experienced bleeding when groomed by your business in past.

We have had great experiences using both the grooming and daycare services. Our dogs love going there and are very well cared for when we drop them off! Highly recommend.

We brought our dogs for their regular grooming. When we picked them up, one of our Goldens eye was the size of a golf ball and had clearly been cut by something and irritated. We had to take him to the emergency room and spent $680 ensuring that whatever had occurred didn’t cause permanently blindness. The next day both of our dogs began coughing. By mid week, all of our dogs now have kennel cough thanks to the disgusting and completely unregulated services of this establishment. If I could, I would leave 0 stars. You need to advise people when you have kennel cough outbreaks. You should be shut down.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Casa De Pets is AMAZING! We have been taking our dogs there for grooming, daycare, and boarding, and our experience has been exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and treats our dogs like family. The grooming is top-notch, and our pack comes home looking and feeling great. Plus, the daycare and boarding facilities are clean, safe, and fun!
We love knowing our dogs is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

MurphyRey loves going to daycare, so we were very comfortable leaving him for boarding. Everything went so well we have him on the calendar for our next trip in April.
