Went to Carter's today. Came in for a rat, left with two and a cat 😂. The cat is very sweet and well mannered. I was told that she was a boy in the store but the papers say she's a girl lol. Great experience with friendly and cooperative staff.

As a volunteer with the Lodi Animal Shelter I've learned about a dog's needs and what to look for when I go shopping. Not only are they well stocked here but the associates are kind and helpful. Additionally they have all your pet's needs met whether you have a bird, reptile, dog, or cat. Please come stop in just to say hello.

Bow WOW Carters Pet Mart has everything I need to keep my Kitteh all happy, a vast supply of toys, treats, cat maintenance, Furbulous Soaps. I really like this pace , definitely will make this my place to pickup cat goodies, also they have the Cat-Fresh-Pet kibbles , I can't wait to see how much Sierra likes them .

Needed a chain for my baby boy, Franc, after he snapped his at Lodi Lake. Franky was in car. Nee chain was too short. Ran right back in for a larger size. Cashier promptly exchanged and that made the rest of my day so much better then it would have been just having him off the chain... He's like a bull in a China shop.

Love this Family owned Pet store in Lodi. All the staff are awesome and personable. Very helpful and upbeat. I drive from Sacramento for this experience. My Mom lives in Galt and found this Gem of a Pet store. The young man that helped me today is a awesome employee with excellent communication skills.
