Absolutely awesome experience. We allowed our dog to privately swim for 30 minutes. It was perfect. They even dried him off at the end which is great. Very nice pool. Extremely clean facility. Nice staff. Definitely coming back

We just moved to the area and the CHK team did a fantastic job grooming our wheaten terrier and I look forward to having them be our new groomer.
Also a great place to drop him off for a day of playful daycare, he's always happy and worn out ready for a nap at home.
No computer system and check in and out is all on handwritten cards, so prep a few minutes early if you need to catch a train.

After a lot of research and in person visits to other programs and kennels, I decided to bring my Old English Bulldog to Carriage Hill Kennels & The Crafty Pup board and train. He was there for a month. I had options and their approach is flexible to meet your needs but they made solid recommendations and stood by them with conviction. Yes, I wasn’t sure if I could separate from him for that amount of time. I’m glad I didn’t give into that sentiment. I survived and he thrived. The kennel was responsive and never made me feel like I was bothering them when I called twice. Jimmy, of The Crafty Pup, kept me informed with frequent video highlights of my boy’s progress. It was informative and kept me connected to the process. It was soon clear that what I tried to attempt on my own was possible with a more directed approach by professionals. When I picked him up Jimmy trained me! 🙂 With guidance and a new found confidence and understanding of what I should and could do with my dog, I promised myself I would follow through with program. It’s been 6 days. My large bull dog sits/stays, down stays, and heels on command. He holds those positions with passing squirrels, birds, dogs, bikes, children, runners, at crossings and busy intersections. The true test was if we could walk past the corner Starbucks (puppaccinos) without him losing his mind and ramming through the entrance. He held a sit stay right in front of it. It’s not magic! You have to follow directions from The Crafty Pup (Jimmy) and carry through at home. The more consistent you are, the better the outcome. So worth it! Don’t hesitate!

Very happy with the work Jack at Carriage Hill did training our goldendoodle Peanut. The transformation in his behavior (Peanut’s, not Jack’s) was dramatic. He’s now a joy to walk and has calmed down a lot even in the house. We also use CH for regular grooming. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Clean facility and affordable. Our three year old Rotweiller spent 3 weeks here, she came out happy, groomed and well nourished. Definitely my go to from now!

Multi generation owned kennels, super awesome, nice folks. And they understand each dog's needs. Ours is a bit unfriendly to other dogs and they accommodate.

We had the best experience with our new puppy! Not only did we get him from Carriage Hill Kennels, but the training was amazing!
When we first brought him home as a new pup, he was happy and wild. But wild in an uncontrollable way. Once he went through the three week training program, he was still the happy puppy, but manageable and obedient. Jimmy our trainer gave us excellent training as well. He showed us exactly how to mimic the three weeks so that our Charlie didn’t fall backwards. It’s always a learning curve with a new pup. Even for us, who had a 5 yr old dog already at home. But the examples were easy to follow and the reasoning behind it made perfect sense.
We look forward to continuing training as Charlie gets older so he can be the best of the best! It’s a commitment to a lifelong companion. Thank you Carriage Hill and Jimmy for your good care, kindness and expertise with our newest family member.
