I boarded four horses at this facility. The owner appeared to be friendly and welcoming, then within weeks sent me abusive texts angrily accusing me of minor infractions that I had not committed. This happened more than once I have no explanation for the owner's incongruent behavior, except possible bipolar disorder or alcoholism. When my horse was denied a group pen as promised, I was forced to turn him out in the round pen for a very limited time each day. I did this willingly, but on October 11th when, after an hour, I did forget to bring him in (I am human and I own it) and I left at 5pm, Tom refused to bring him the 50 feet to his stall, and let him sit there for hours while I was unavailable. A reasonable person who is on team horse first, would have just brought the horse in and sent me a text instead of taking their anger out on the horse. Four times my horse, who has a metabolic disease, was not fed hay a night (yes I have pictures of the empty hay manger with time and date stamps). I had to pull my own hay from my trailer to feed him. Once, that I have a photo record of, the same horse was fed alfalfa hay pellets that could cause him to founder. Tom was clearly told this was not something this horse could be fed. I am fairly certain that this happened more than I caught, I suspected this from early on in our stay. Two of my four horses lost significant condition while there. If anybody has questions about this review, please please feel free to private message me. I will be happy to share my pictures, records of feeding, and the abusive communications I was sent from Tom. I can not believe that Tom Faul is a good person or a good Christian, since the way I was treated is definitely not what Jesus would have done.

Tom has been taking excellent care of my horse and rehabbing her - she had recurring eye ulcers along with some other age-related health issues. Tom has been vigilant and consistent with her medications, and facilitated all the medical and care attention she needs to return to being a healthy-horse. We're on the path to having our old girl back to health and back home with her sister. He's a miracle worker.

Love it here! Tom is very down to earth, honest, and fun to talk to! He has taken excellent care of my horse after he had surgery at CSU! Just has been a wonderful experience!

Great horse trainer! Got great results from my horse within a few weeks and continued to get good results. I truly enjoyed learning from Tom and I would recommend his as a trainer to any rider no matter their skill level.
